I've had 2 pairs of pace forks and hammered both of them, never really looked after them, and not had any problems, Done countless drops, roll ins, rocky decents and a fair few crashes. Riden all over the lakes, but mainly North Yorks moors and dalby.

Like above they have made some noises. The only reason i don't have any at the mo is that i'm recovering from a broken wrist but when thats sorted i'll be back on them.

Like i said it could have be stolen or purchased by someone else at the same time or just before you. There are lots of logical honest reasons behind this.

Get ht2 and you'll be fine.

    Isis bb are stoneage

All business's have issues with stock control, Especialy if the business is large and the system is not live,

For example in Cyclesurgery a guy could check stock of your BB and it shows its in another store. At the same time the other store could be selling the item or having it stolen.

But there are loads of case where items can be fitted to a bike as part of a repair and recorded as an other item, like 113mm bb rather than 111mm bb.

In theory its simple in but its not in practice

Molgrips Go to Kenya. i'm off again in January for 3 weeks.

The country is more western than muslim now, esp after Obama and the amount of development in the big cities, the coastal regions are lovely and mostly untouched since the coloney days.

    I'd seriously look it up.

SDG Bell air as above or charge spoon both reasonable saddles and good value.

But i would look into HOW you are breaking saddles.

Well beer isn't so much of a problem as Black Sheep and Theakstons are down the road, as is the Wensleydale creamery for cheese,

I'm a big fan of Black Sheeps "holy ale" and that goes well with a selection of wensleydale cheeses.

I just wanted to add to it, and I don't drink any wine. Wife always get 3for2 but wants to impress.

Is it ok to get a selection or should it be like 3 of one and 3 of the other? Would 6 quality bottles do around 7-8 wine drinkers?

I did mine along with broken tibia and fibia, so was very hard to put any weight on for ages. and went to a wedding.

I did how ever have a split cast that could be taken off and velcro'd up when needed. I went to the wedding about 5 weeks after coming out of hospital, wore an ankle support and loads of tape (not recommended by the hospital) i took loads of pain killers and had a shit time because of it.

If i was you i'd be as honest as possible and speak to your physio and dr and try and work out with them what you can do, every break and everyones bodies are differnent. So you be fine or you may need alot of assistance.

I dunno if its 8:35 half way he's likely to slow in the second half, but good work to him regardless.

Out of interest where is it being covered?

    2. A rear derallieur that is repositioned in the space of the chainstays therefore protected by the frame itself

Why not put the derallieur in the hub or in box in the frame would be out of the way there.

    Prob be better redesigning these:

Or just ride a Singlespeed you are just going DH!

I've never liked any film with colin farrell, but actually thought he was good in this.

Dalby black was ace but the red route was shockingly bland

I would have thought if you liked the black you'd have liked the red too.

A lot has changed round there esp since the WC worth giving a go when you get chance.

I think a thread full of people recommending Boardmans isn't exactly "halfords bashing"

The top bit of he presta thread comes off, (the bit that isn't the same thread as the lock ring)

This doesn't work on all presta valves

hope not – it is the abuse that is the issue not the scheme…

I agree, It would be very hard to police though. even if you said road bikes/hybrids only this would limit the people who commute ofroad or on bridleways.

I'm just surprised anyone who "would snap anything designed for 100mm in seconds" would chose a GT from Halfords.

    I take it your Pleased?

Will we get to see a pic of your purchase?

boardmans are too flimsey for me, I'll snap something designed for 100mm travel in seconds. I'd actually planned to build the GT onto another frame, as I'm fully aware the aggressor is a bit naff, but that's out the window now I guess.

    Really?

Well if you where going to change the gt frame change the boardman,

You can take them out on most tubes with a stans tool, not sure if it works on michelin though.

Is it the nut on the outside of the valve or the internal of the valve?

Its kind of hard to understand how it could happen by losely tightening it up,

    Singlespeed_Shep

    What about the boardman?

I don't think there are many people here who would return a bike voucher for £1k even at halfords

No, they brake where YOU don't need to. Big difference!

exactly i don't get why people don't see this,

The only way to stop braking bumps is to stop cycling, Deal with it and quit whining that trails are bumpy OR build your own bloody trails.

Get a job in a bike shop/cafe and spend all your redundancy money on bike parts/cake both of which would be discounted so a sound investment.

But seriously get signed on and use this opportunity to move on to something that you really want to do, retrain or ideal job.

Sorry to hear about it but this could be the beginning of something better. Take the holiday after you have a job set up then you can really enjoy it.

My 8 month old was asleep in her bedroom and a Deer snook in went upstairs and nibbled her ear and fingers.

It wasn't the dog honest as he was outside in his kennel. I now keep all my doors and windows shut.
