I have had a few run in's with that crazy old lady skidding out of control towards us' She really was quite lucky she never killed one of us one day when she was out of control and nearly slid into us which would have pushed us out onto the main road when there was lots of traffic

Loads of people in the cafe just couldn't believe it.

Being self employed and in the building trade I have been taking all the work I can get but its never dropped off (ok for bank balance no good for riding) so no avalable time. :?
Not done anything until early december but been bitten by the bug again and looking forward to a couple of weeks off at xmas with lots of riding involved :lol:

Mine lasted 2 months

the bike shop I bought it from were going to give me a warranty replacement but didnt have it in stock so asked if I wanted shimano xt instead including crankset as the other crankset was race face

shimano still going strong 3 years later

I think toyota hiace has a head lining in the back as standered so thats a plus

I think this has been happening for a while now in different places
after defra closed lots of byways

offroaders in general think that its better to go out at night as not to be spotted
also they might as well do all lanes,bridleways and footpaths as its all illegal now so if they get caught its the same penalty just more lanes

could just be rented for some demo's

as I said it was dark couple of vans out front with graphics on

looked like some mtb's in the window .
Couldn't quite make it out it was dark and the lights were on in the shop so could see bikes on stands etc

Thats kind of the reason for the post just wanted to see what others were doing.

IME I have had waterproof and breathable jackets from Sprayway,TNF,Lowe Alpine,Berghause and Karrimor .The only one that is fully waterproof is the Karrimor jacket and thats the only goretex one , None of these are any good for riding though.

Pertex is the best I have had for riding
