I am the same
I also run at a high temp and need very little in cold weather
I think you will boil in any waterproof/breathable jacket
my advice would be to just get a good windproof pertex
Wells def looks like a bunch finish
from Shepton Mallet to Wells along the relief road flat out then a right at the roundabout by the Sherston then 200yrd Sprint finish
I was having a conversation about this at Kielder and came to the conclusion that 100 miles in wet baggies would not be as comfy as 100 in miles wet lycra
Lucas..
sorry fella no files or maps for you
I hooked up with a couple of locals and they showed me around had a good few days with them.
Try and google some Las Palmas mtb clubs and hook up with them
This is true but unless you were in the leed bunch you were in a pack of about 100 plus for the first 20 miles, so its like your in a trafic jam on/off the brakes all the time

I used to bivi quite a lot about 15 years ago mostly in the Brecons (still have the same bivi bag ) then bought a cocoon hammock about 12 years ago and used that instead for a few good years much more comfy.
Just started getting back into it after a long lay off……can’t wait to do ..still get exited every time…. 😆
Leatherman
I have one of these and it seems to get used every day .
Knives are very handy ….I didn’t think I would ever have any use for a knife until I had it given to me.
