    Another on that’s been riding for over 30 years ..had some lucky escapes in that time ….I don’t ride much now. I enjoy building my brat bike and will rid it but prob only a few hundred miles a year …just purely sunny days…….I’d only ride on the in Europe now as they seem to have more respect to motorcyclists imho

    Cokie that is my bike in the pic …It has blunt 35 rims ….seems to work fine on those ..and half the price of larger rims …It just means you can go to silly low air pressure like you can wider rims…not sure you can get anything too large on the back of the mk1

    It’s been very wet all week down this way so far, looks like it will continue until Friday if the forecast is to be believed then drying up for the weekend ..I’ll be on rigid ss also

    My Ti ^^ up there is bang on 25lb with my aldi luggage scales ..build Ti frame n fork , Ti post and bars thomson stem and clamp middleburn cranks 650b+ wheels (blunt rims hope hub front dmr rear trail blazer tyres tubeless) so either my scales are a bit out ..or Andy I want your steel frame please…..I must add that it did weigh 21.5lb with my crest/hope wheels and old steel fork…so its all in the wheels obviously. ..

    I have a Ti stooge running 27.5+ and will prob not go back to normal 29 on it now after a fair few rides …it’s the best of all worlds

    I think it’s a ford thing ….lots of fords have this problem. .A bit over ambitious on the toe out…Prob to improve handling… feel more stable …just get it checked I had mine taken in a few degrees and are fine now

    Personally I use Panasonic. …but most guys I work with have either Makita or Deal. ….neither are bad …..but no comparison to Panasonic
