Your right there Bandit, although as a Manager / Owner of a business employing 30 people I’m glad to see the balance coming back to Employers, you wouldnt believe the amount of time that is WASTED in UK businesses with Employee complaints.

Arn’t the statics for number of employees invloved in complaints against there employers something like 1 in 4 in the UK at the moment ? and we wonder why were in the shite… employees in the Far East dont work like that !

You are right though, the laws work in both ways however, 3 out of 4 constructive dismissal cases have been found in FAVOUR of the employee.. there is a default to the Employer beeing at fault.. but if you step through the steps employees can avoid it.

In the end I feel that employees dont benifit from current rules, employers dont, but the legal profession does and the people who like owt for nowt do to…..

NOMAD C of coarse, not an over designed arty thing like the Mojo, the Nomad is a bike.. and an amazing one at that.. it looks like a bike and rides like one.

what year ? I had one for 3 years, there was a “known” issue with water getting in some er.. joint.. made the rear diff make a noise after a while, every six months or so when it went for service they did the same thing to mend it, worth watching.

dont forget to put the key guard on, took me 3 nights of someone getting up and changing it to sunshine before I read the manual and found the key guard.

Are you sure there is a difference ? I run a couple of Chris King BB’s on diff bikes, one with Shimano XTR chainset and T’other has had Raceface and Shimano… are you talking about the spacers in the bag ? 5mm rings, same diameter as BB ?

After using many many tyres in the Peak over the years.

I like Advantages, Minions, Ardents(summer). Basically mix and match those, 60a’s only, nice to run 42s but you feel it on some fairly long road sections.

I switch from Adrents to Minions or aDvantages in the Peak.. don;t find the bit of mid warrents full mud tyres.
