    i have had a manitou or manipoo 3 way and 4 way. seals blew and had them at 250 psi. so prob a fox float r or triad if i get one cheapo

    Panaracer Mach SS. Been running them front and rear off road – good traction, cornering, fast rolling and good on the road. Not much rolling resistance. Be a good all round summer tyre

    Thanks so far. Just fed up with it, patronisation. Sometimes they do help, but the time that the system takes to process stuff is crap. Phoned them yesterday to get a emergency payout, maybe happen tomorrow or maybe friday! Great no money.

    a few stats

    age – 27
    height – 5.8
    bmi – 28
    body fat – 27%

    i am cutting down my cals, keeping the carbs up on exercise days and uping my protein

    i doing cycle rides mainly on road. i dont drive and i only walk, cycle or bus places (bus only if needs be). i live in bristol

    Look at second hand nad stuff. Try cash converters or cash generators. picked up a bargain from those guys.

    You get more vfm with a desktop than a laptop. But for those tasks a pc running windows xp would more than fine with 2gb ram, amd dual core, 320/500gb hard drive
