£30 a month, small village gym, includes classes and time working out plans with trainers.

2-3 times a week, well worth it for me

you may have damaged the seal removing the freehub – we’d usually suggest replacing that when servicing anyway. There’s a steel spacer in between the freehub body and the driveside hub bearing, if that’s missing, the hub will work fine, until a QR tightens the whole thing against itself.

I have indeed got one, built with 160 lyriks, big big fan. happy to arrange demo/borrow via the shop – we’ve also got a 140/140 setup on the shop demo bike.

buying the bike makes sense, strip and sell some parts if you’re only wanting the frame – that’s what i did, although the ariel x frame only wasn’t available.

I’ve got an 06 1.7 CDTi. It’s not particularly inspiring, but carries plenty kit. Crew version very handy for giving people lifts.

Noisy as a van, cabin heater struggles with really cold days.

    Go go popemobile!

retro – afaik it’s the same as the pro3 one, so different internals/bearings to take a larger diameter axle.

Use code “evoevoevo” for 10% off preorder on pairs of Pro2 EVO Hoops, until 10th Jan. Should see stock before then anyhow! We’ll still honour our free tubeless bits on Stans setups, along with offer to swap front adaptors as required.

Boxelder – nothing as stock, we can build almost anything though!? Hope not offering 29er Hoops, if that’s what you meant?

ime – write down/record what you’re eating. lose weight thru eating, work on fitness/muscle with exercise.

stick at it – it’s SO worth it for when people notice you’ve lost it.

Regards speed limit – this is one of those where everyone has a different opinion.

I’ve got a 1.7cdti Combo Crew (so has back seats) – I spoke to the DVLA who said that this type of vehicle is often down to interpretation, they don’t publish lists of which vehicle is/isn’t car derived. I was told, as mine has back seats and windows behind the driver, it’s car derived.

The van’s not exciting or fun, but has been a workhorse without being to far from a car day to day. Astra I had before was far more car like, unsurprisingly. Combo crew gets you the bigger load capability, so good for lugging building bits, stuff to the tip, or even bikes!

You still look like you’re running the pope around or delivering the post, depending on vehicle colour..

    I've got the 1.7 cdti.

    unispiring drive
    bit boomy
I've got back seats, but fold them down for van duties.
tall windscreen makes air con vital when sunny.

far better suited to bike duties (yes, straight in) than astra i had before.
