How about a 3 sim only plan, unlimited data for £20. Then use thethering as a mobile WiFi signal. I use a chromecast to a monitor, use Netflix, now tv and youtube. Depending on speed, sometimes can be a bit slow if signal drops. But I was fed up with virgin media and price hikes and could only get get 2mbps over phone line! Also three is launching 5g and all sim cards are enabled, no extra cost. Should be releasing a 5g router at some point

I use now tv, had enough of paying poor vfm for virgin media. Used too watch live TV but only stream non BBC channels. So don’t a license and don’t need broadband, as use 4g (three network) and tether to my monitor via chromecast. Which is OK, most of the time.

Is there a need of a phone line, as I just use a three unlimited 4g plan for £17 month. I only notice difference if downloading file updates. But normal Web browsing its fine and some TV streaming. Did have virgin media, but kept on messing me about and hiking bills and wouldn’t touch bt with a barge pole, going back to copper broadband at less speed than 4g and costs more, madness. Three do a 4g mobile router for around £20 or get a mobile sim only deal and use unlimited tethering through 3, they are launching 5g from sometime in August if in the catchment area

Old marzocchi? Some 80 or 100mm air. There is some marzocchi z5s 80mm on ebay at the moment, which would be suitable

Shimano do a few different pedal designs, I use a touring pedal which is flat one side and spd the other. They are quite good, they don’t have any pins on the flat side so not much grip. They do some xt trekking pedals but they are like £70.

    Or these:

Also a fan of sennheiser. Got some hd 558s which are really good, over ear. Have tried Sony, bose and akg. Bose are just too expensive, lack bass or clarity. Amazon do the sennheiser hd 559 for £85

Use whey protein powder in the day with water for fast release/recovery and milk for moderate, as contains casein which is slow release. So casein protein powder in the evening, 1 hour before bed with milk. My protein or bulk powders do deals all the time

I use a maddison m rack, £20. Used for a few months, no problems with axiom bags. Run panniers front and rear on my Marin pine mountain. Used now for long distance with 2.6 schwable Moto X tyres

I had a similar problem with my axiom bags rattling around. Got old inner tube, cut into 4 strips and stick to the rack where the bag clips on. No more rattling 🙂

M part do one, front rack. £20 from bike tart. I bought one, needed to bend it a little to fit, but it works.

Marin pine mountain, £800. Rigid, steel, 2.8 tyres. I have one with 2.6 schwable Moto X tyres. Have done plenty of rides – long distance (200 miles) with panniers on rear. Ideal for hooning around the woods and bikepackung.

1×10 or 2×10. Depends how much much you want to change or spend. Could go Hollowtech 2 crankset, deore 2×10 on chain reaction is £37 without BB (£14 deore), cassette 11-42 – £36 and chain around £15 for 10 speed. So about £100 for drivetrain

Widerer bars, shorter stem? For better control. Keep the bar ends 🙂

Q accoustics do a 5.1 av package for £480. Or use your existing speakers and get a decent centre speaker (main dialogue), maybe a sub – if needed. Depending what you go for 5.1 – fronta, centre, rears and sub or 7.1 with 2 additional side firing surround. Or then 6 channel which just has a speaker in the centre for rear. Room layout depends on what you go for

Again, look at richer sounds. Yamaha do sound good av receivers, which are either 5.1, 7.1 or the newer audio format of Dolby Atmos. 7.1 is good enough for movies via blu ray if going that route. Yamaha do pure direct for 2 channel which minimises circuitry used. Depends on how many channels you need/want for movie playback

    Yamaha 5.1, £299

Yamaha 7.2, £349 for 2 extra channels and Dolby Atmos

Is it better to go separate grinder as using a cafeteria. Or a all in coffee machine, not a pod one as they seem pointless and expensive. Not to many on ebay, the gaggia mdf any good or anything else out there

Sci mx and usn do whey protein protein products. Maybe look at my fitness pal to see how much protein you need per day, usually upto 1g/1.5g for every lb of weight. So leaner sources for protein – chicken, beef, pork, fish. Also eggs. Vegan sources – quinoa, hemp, linseed, beans and pulses. Depends what your looking for.

Anything would do the job, Motorola e series or a g4/g5. Stock android, no bloatware, can take a 64gb or 128gb.

For example, Motorola E5 at argos, £90 new

Second hand furniture shops are quite good. Picked up a large oak sideboard and a 3 draw Bisley filling cabinet for £100 with delivery. Especially the ones that specialise in house clearance

It was the first time attempting to do that many miles in one go, as done 120 miles in a day. But went the extra mile and I think going at it with no sleep that long was the real struggle and had to ride main roads as streetlights helped to keep me awake. Really achy now, legs and uncomfortable in areas. So how do I get round it, I think if I do something like it again then to stay somewhere overnight would help as couldn’t get comfortable for last 20 odd miles home

I have this year’s green one, rigid. It is good fun, I used it end of last week up callop cycle centre – did freeminer and verderers trails, certainly interesting with 2.8 Nobby nics over the rooty sections braking bumps. I use it on the road with 2.4 schwalbe Moto X tires.

Sony xb30 can be found under £90. Has got lighting effects they can be turned off. Really good sound quality, bass can be strong but not overpowering. Battery life is really good upto 24 hours, lasts about 6 on full volume
