use a couple of lengths of 150+ x 50 on the roof to spread your weight, and use as a walk way.

I know few professional sportsmen, and most are banned from taking part in any other sports, excluding golf strangely. One can’t even do any form of exersise unless supervised by one of theclubs trainers. Even children on a few football teams books are excluded from kickibg a ball around in the streets.

also some boilers have more than one pcb.The good news is you don’t need to be gas safe to change s pcb. as described before put the plugs onto the new board as you take them off the old one.a couple of photos will help you locate them. it is isually an easy exchange and I hppe it works for you.

I always notice the dayglo colours over any others while out, eothet driving, riding or walking. Imo it depends on the background colours as to what stands out, so blues and reds are great on a moorland, but blend into the background in an urban environment. For this reason the only coloured jackets id wear for road work or commuting ie bright orange or bright yellow.I might look a prat but id rather be seen than be the most colour coordinated guy in the morgue.

my wife has 6 of the horrible things, she rents 10 acres from the local council for aroind £120 an acre pa. A local farmer makes and stores haylage from one field for £100. any extra haylage is £25 for a 500kg bale. Renting a field works out a fair bit cheaper than stabling if you have more than one horse, bit more work involved with regard to fencing and such, might be an alternative to diy livery.

was it a genuine kmc from HK? I got a kmc10sl from HK it was a slightly different colour to my other one from ribblr, and lasted about a month. Replaced with another from ribble , original colouring, and thsts been fine for 10 months.

I have a similar commute, in terms of distance, and climbing, i found a leg massage (self applied unfortunately) and whey protein helped, along with changing from a 11-25 cassette to 11-30 :D.

I use a road bike for my commute, as it’s a lot quicker than my FS. But saying that I don’t enjoy riding it half as much, never had the feeling of the miles flying by on it.
