Chumba hx2, £299, and I’ll stick my neck out and say that there isn’t a better finished 29er frame around at that price and more 🙂

This is a massive hit and I don’t think Hodgson is down for as long as Drogba was!

Not really the point though, loads of stuff happens in rugby to ‘bend’ the rules, including time wasting.

Im sure you could find some pretty tough tackles that footballers have got up from?

Andrew, we have no 16″ hx2 in stock and were not planning any more. I am ordering a few frames from Chumba this week so could tag a small on to that order if you wanted one.

I use the flows because I prefer the profile the wider rim gives to higher volume tyres. For the riding you do I would have the flows, they are hardly heavy anyway.

I’m the guy from progressive bikes 🙂 the hope hoops are ace, i use them with flows.

Its a an allround ‘trail’ bike regardless of the online description. Works well with a 140-150mm fork and as light weight or slightly heavier bike. I ran one with a CCDB and Vanilla fork for a while and it was ace, until it got stolen.

I think Chumba must be feeling the pinch.

Don’t know about that, they are just clearing out the last few VF2 frames they have. Will only have a handful of frames, small white and ano red and large ano red, all with RP23.

So who should stop all the killings of civilians? Just leave them be? and say pah, its Natos fault for the last time they tried to intervene?

The Chumba HX1 has a tapered HT, plus they are now £299, and i’ll go out on a limb here and say there is no better finished frame around for that money 🙂

Hope are easier to re build and get spares for and as you say can swap axles easier.

How about something different and inbetween those two bikes?

I am still unsure if we will be having the EVO g2 in any sort of numbers, so the few frames we do have might be very exclusive, bargain price too on the limited stock that we have, £925 including rp23

Great price, even for a 2011 model. How UK shops can cope with that I don’t know! 🙂

Rear-wheel to front-mech clearance was terrible too

A problem with lots of ‘short’ stayed 29ers.

The Brigante looks awaesome by the way!

Simple economics, innit? Buy wherever is cheapest.

So if we had the large manufacturing that Thatcher is famed for ‘killing’ you would be OK with the fact we could not sell any of the output due to being too expensive in the world market? Can’t have it all can we?

    She knew what was coming.

just think if Thatcher had not been in power we would have thriving coal, steel etc industries, with people all earning 40k a year with good state pensions and lots of cheap steel to sell to the rest of the world and coal to export to China…. err, not sure how that would have worked out eh?

I have used the squeezebox stuff and it works a treat. Heard people say the Sonos is better at multi room, but i have a boom and squeezebox and using the Ipeng app on my iphone or ipad it controls the devices in two different rooms with ease.

I have a few internet radio stations added to favourites, easy to access that way.

Loads of plugins, like Last FMetc too.

I use my PC without using itunes, many NAS devices are available with squeezecentre already installed.

The squeezebox is smaller than the sonos, which i think is better if you already have hifi as its easier to hide the box.
