I measured mine from the middle of the top of the headtube to the middle of the seatpost at about level. As in the picture, so this may differ from the genesis measurements.

Finally remembered to measure my 19inch Longitude. Don’t normally worry about measurements, just what feels right. So please don’t shoot the messenger if not 100% accurate. Marked up a picture to show what I did measure.

I used my new angle grinder to cut the stays! Much easier as you don’t need to take them off once you have them adjusted. And I don’t use the plastic caps = FAFF.

Hub is a PD-8 not PV as its disc, if that makes any difference.

    shuhockey

    Hi
On the hub itself does this have a positive and negative as there was nothing in the instructions or written on which way round this was. So it the left or right positive. I’ll try swoping the wires around.
Using the metal bracket connect to steel forks.
The blue light comes on the switch and should mean full beam, its gets brighter but not a lot.

SKS mudguards from Germany Bluemels Set 29er 65mm black
Used the cut off stay from the front to form a bridge between the pannier screw holes for the rear guard. Apart from that it was quite easy and I didnt have to cut the guard.

Yes can take mudguards, I’ll post a picture shortly, when I’m back at my computer.

I’d rather they banned dogs from parks. With two kids you spend the entire time looking out for piles of dog shit. Bloody lazy dog owners. Flame away.

Not sure where i read this but you should use the incognito mode on your browser when getting quotes, so it doesn’t record your visit, as they will increase the price if you return for another quote.

My RCD kept tripping every so often, couldnt figure out which appliance was doing it. In the end I got an electrician out. This is what he found 😯

Obviously this made the wife correct for phoning an electrician and me wrong for almost killing everyone, by not ringing earlier..

I’m sure the T&C’s on my old allotment had something about not doing up-keep and weeds, and maximum amount of grass area.

I’m even signed up for a 100mile audax on Saturday that I’m no longer doing. Family camping is a priority now after the amount of money its cost to buy the gear!!

Don’t think anyone has said it yet and I will probably get flamed massively but what about an e-bike? Take some of the strain out of the commute and still get some exercise.

Pizza express pizzas fit the fry pan perfectly. I added a couple of extra briquettes to get it really hot and left the fry pan and lid for about 10 minutes once going well. Base of pizza was lovely and crispy.

Your not quite right about the heat in a Cobb.[/url]

Tonights tea with potatoes underneath. All from about 8 little briquettes and 1 hour 45min waiting. Lifting the lid just once after 30minutes to flip the bird.

I’ve had BB5’s not much power and the pads are a pain in the arse to change and the adjusters seized up and the metal is quite soft.
I’ve had BB7’s much better power but went hydraulic
Then had the TRP Hyrd, but the lever pull was massive, as in going down a steep hill with the lever touching the bar and still not stopping. It may have been my step up but it is really difficult to get the exact cable tension.
Now got the cx77, with ice tech rotors. No problems at the moment apart from the pads it comes with don’t last long. The pads are the same as the mtb brakes so easy and cheap to replace. Power is good and adjustment is easy.

Sold with Housenetwork two years ago. Good communication of viewers comments and offers. Will be using next time we move. Don’t see the point of shop estate agents, when was the last time you went into town to look in their windows. Most people looking just use rightmove or zoopla don’t they? So the cheapest way to get it on those sites is an online estate agent.

If houses around you are selling well. There is no need to use a traditional estate agent. Just use an online estate agent. We used housenetwork. Viewing that first night. Sold in two weeks.
