I tried the flame thing and almost sure the flame was blue.

Just had them on. Managed 16.51 minutes before they hung up.
My computer takes an age to start! Then when I confronted him he just kept asking me if the computer was on yet? Asked to speak to his manager who has the typical Indian name of Chris Coleman! In the end he just hung up, bit disappointed I recon you could easily get 30 minutes out of them.

I purchased the ISOFix bar to retrofit into a 07 Ford Focus a couple of years ago, never fitted it as the car seat we got in the end was just a seat belt fit. When I had a look it just looked like a hex bolt. If you are interested let me know £15 posted.

There has been a recent update to sonos so you can steam straight from your iPad or iPhone.

Currently riding 35 cross tyre on the front and a 25 road tyre and mudguard on the back. Gives me a little more confidence. Whether its any safer I dont know!!!

Put it on without cleaning and seems fine. We will see what its like in 200 miles time (commute and road)

I’ve been doing the 2/5 Diet for 6 weeks now and lost 14lb (Sounds a lot more than 1 stone). Started with a Friday fast, next day i the local club run for the first time and didnt have any energy. Now do Tuesday and Thursday, so got Friday to replenish. I have very little will power so on the off days, I drink coke!! and quite a lot of other crap. Exercise: Monday to Friday is a 10 miles total, hilly commute and Saturday has been a 40mile hilly road ride. I’ve never dieted before, but have tried to cut back but it never’s lasts longer than a couple of days.

Looking on shimano techs there seems so many extra bits you need to buy seperatley, why not just include all these bits in the package!! Awaiting the levers before ordering everything. As its quite an investment if the levers dont show!!

according to shimano tech docs for alfine 11, this fitting kit is the right one, judging by the product numbers. Also on wiggle the review says its for the alfine 11 as well.
Ordered vesa 11 from America, so will see if they arrive?
