@edward2000 yes the XTR 11 speed works perfectly with the Sram XX1 10-42 cass. So if you like Shimano shifting but want the Sram range you can have XTR shifter/mech & Sram cass. Best of both worlds.

Would agree I have a mix of XX1 and XTR on one bike and it’s amazing but at a cost of course. On the other a 1×10 set up One up extender RAD cage 16t etc and in no way is it clunky / compromised. It shifts perfectly every time, now coming out of its second winter. Would recommend.

    Yes
If you have Deore brakes and your Revs are post mount you need
    The 203 option here
    For the rear
    The 180 option here
But you may find the 180 rear rotor catches it did on my Soul due to being close and the flex in the frame. Think they are better / its advised with 160 rear.

Mine is a mix of MTB gear from Gore etc and brands like Montane / Rab. Was looking at some MTB softshells in a shop near Pately Bridge and money wise you were at top level for the equivalent true outdoor gear.

    Had / have
    Saint M820
    XTR trail
    XT
All the latest Shimano brakes still have the XT’s.

Now I moved from Hope a coupe of years ago having had M4 / Tech 4’s etc. Just fancied a change at the time and ended up trying some Shimanos, from that I was sold. Just recently dipped a toe back with the Tech 3 E4’s and IMO they are a different brake to the M4 s etc. So much modualted power with sublime feel, they are what I always wanted Hopes to be. The XTs can stay but the Hopes on the big bike blow the Shimano including Saint out of the field.

Just purchased one myself and was able to choose between ispec or std mount. If you have ispec it should dependant on the ispec mount work with the Zee lever.

Looked through them in Elis Brigham the other day at a Prizm test screen thingy. I know this doesn’t tell me anything but certainly gave a nice bounce to everything.

I thought the same but looking around its so complicated.

You can get Prizm Trail along with clear vented in a package with Racing Jackets.

Any other suggestions on where to buy / look ?

Im looking for black framed Racing jackets with the most appropriate for MTB lenses I can get.

On advice from above ^ I have a XX1 / XTR hybrid set up “XXXTR”
So amazing Shimano shifting shifter / rear mech married to XX1 cranks / cass. All the range but with sublime shifting.
