As per some of the comments above I have 2.4 MK in black chilli, have found them great. Friend purchased non chilli versions and they were terrible.

Very interested in the new MK and X king in chilli.

Maybe didn’t make it quite clear I was meaning around half the price of a lite version. Anyway I found mine on ebay from a German supplier new delivered was 33 euros plus I had a £9.00 Ebay voucher to use up against it.
There are a few on ebay though if you want to look including a guy selling a used one. Might be some options for you there ?

Yes Hope make a XT matchmaker clamp one clamp then for brake & shifter. Might need to check if your XT shifter is compatable.

We also used to wear full on outdoor coats like Berghaus to the club :? Keep them on through the night then straight off to find a convoy to a rave somewhere.

Pretty good as it's a softshell type fabric, dont think it would hold out as long as something like gore-tex/Event etc. I got mine to use Autumn and spring type of time. When you dont need a full blown waterproof kacket but need to keep the chill off and account for any shower.

I have one superb jacket keeps the chill off but not too heavy weight. Quite small sized/snug fitting so perhaps try or go up a size if you dont want the racing snake look.

I made one like a belly guard for my Mojo out of the Pace carbon A4 sheet. Easy job make a paper template, cut carbon sheet place in oven as per instructions to soften the glue.

Fit to bike looks like it came with it. I then went a little further to ensure
that it wouldn't lift at the edges over time with washing etc etc.

But you may think me excessive !
