The MTRs are more of a stretchy softshell material. Ive had Singletracks before and the MTRs are more tailored and lighter feeling.

Had the same purchased some tiny rubber O rings from B&Q. Push O ring down valve, put on and tighten down lock ring. Worked a treat created a rubber gasket.

Yes mine go under my liner shorts , but they are pretty secure anyway don’t feel like they are slipping down.

Yes have had a pair for around a month now very pleased with them. Comfy not too warm and just enough padding/protection.

So have a look at those they do them for all models spoke with the guys at Uberbike when I got them and they said they were very pleased with them.

Giant size L are big in my experience .
