Build weight not sure to be honest not super light but not silly.
Tyre clearance at rear is ok will see how it goes.

@ duir I have found Mavic rims to be pretty bombproof in the past.

Ha please dont mention valves and logo’s my OCD went mad with these rims. Mavic offset each decal on each side. so get it right on one side and the other is wrong !!This was the compromise before my head exploded…….. :o

Would agree the finish and detailing on the frame is superb.

IMO not needed didn’t fit them to mine across two bikes and all good. Shimano belt and braces approach I think.

Have had the black SPD versions for around three weeks now. Managed to get them from a concept store, very impressed with them so far sizing is around normal. Ive always been a 46 in Spesh footwear and these are no different.
The thing I have noticed is the lack of bulk/width compared to 5 10 stuff I have had.
Would recommend.

We did the same last year after a weekend doing Kirr / Dalbeattie / Mabie. It was ok and I would do it again, this year we came home via Whinlatter and rode North & South loops. Felt this was a better diversion on our last day / way home.

How fast is your rebound?
If fast back right off and re test. I am experiencing the same noise on the same forks. With rebound slowed down seems to dissappear??

They were for me when I got mine. And strangely it worked out cheaper placing the individual components in my basket over the group set.

The American [/url] always excellent when I stay. :D
