canyon are fantastic value for money and are fun to ride.we just have to except they are waiting for things to go wrong so they can then start charging silly money to replace parts and they will make it as hard as possible to move forward unless it is what they want.

im having treatment at the moment for throat cancer and have know from the outset how lucky i am compared to others like your mother in law.
she has to be as positive as she can as it is to easy to allow it to overwhelm you and get you down and with all the treatments it becomes a roller coaster ride.
for me i have never seen it as cancer but as squatters, the squatters are now gone and the doctors are now cleaning up the mess left behind but i do not find the chemo easy (starts again tomorrow).
be strong and be there for her when she needs help as she will needs hugs and kisses along the way.

your other problem is that 22mm vent pipe terminating below the top of the tank 😯 , you need to cut it so it is level with the top of the tank so it cannot go below the water level if it as now overflows.

before switching my router was ace on signal just cannot get a good signal at rear. cannot use homeplugs or other things that use electrickery as they require to be on the same circuitry and i have my home on many different circuits.may just try moving router to middle of house see if that helps

hi guys thanks for you comments, yep good news is 90% of the lump in the throat has gone 😯 do not now about outside as that requires a scan in 2weeks. i have real problems with the chemo but to be honest if it makes me better i can deal with that. cannot say thankyou enough to the guys and girls at harefield hopital its all done with a smile,even showed me around the theater all the tools they use before getting stuck in.
I know i sounded pretty pissed of with canyon the bike itself a torgue is such a hoot to ride a little on the heavey side but thats a good thing its just the customer focus is not there

but for all you canyon owners the bolts they use to keep the weight down are made from monkey metal even softer than cheese
they asked me to remove the rear shox but the bolt rounded off
the best advise is to remove all the bolts and refit them in my case the the heads rounded off even with a torque wrench set at 4nm after 3weeks, then they just start the charging line for everything
will update when i can but bedtime now as hopital in the morning nice surgen going to work on my throat 🙂

i have a canyon and its a good ride and value for money you cannot go wrong
but thats where i went wrong because value is not the most important thing as i found out
when i needed canyon to step up and be responsible they failed big time, they do not have a service center its a garage with no spares or tools after getting the bike back i would also question his qualifications to carry out the so called repairs
would never buy another would advise caution to anyone who does, find a good lbs and use them.
i am ready to be flamed by the canyon owners out there but fingers crossed your bikes do not fail after 2weeks riding.

i am not a fan of saniflow style products but sounds your only way out but these need fitting properly and learn how they work and how to unblock them as they will at some point if the wrong things are put down them oh and they are noisey as hell at 2 in the morning

we all think it will never happen to us so either do not take out insurance or moan about the nhs as we do pay in but get nothing back.
if i am honest this is the way i did think, lucky for me private insurance comes with the job.
last may notice when pushing had on the bike my breathing was becoming a problem,went to the gp and was told it was possibly asthma so for the next 5months was going backwards and forwards with no improvement.
then decided to go private 2nd week in october after 2 scans,i found out last tuesday i have throat cancer with a 5cm mass and today im off to harefield hospital to get the squatters out. where it goes from there is down to the pet scan this friday.
im not knocking the nhs but it sometimes takes longer to get going and my luck is i have private to sort this out as quickly as possible i just wish the nhs was able to operate and respond a lot quicker
