pull the handle towards you and away from the fork leg when it stops it engages on the shaft, now turn it anticlockwise and it should undo 😯

i have just fitted a pair of slx on the winter bike on my other 2 i am running new xtr. i do not like them they are heavey to use and feel dead when pressing the leavers. but i am compairing them to xtr which is wrong

just finished my hemlock build tonight (2nd hand) but have noticed every build has the rear brake cable on the outside of the rear shox mount. this the rubs like made on the rear swing mounting. if run through and under the shox then it has nothing to rub on First ride 2moro night with a mate who hates cotics and cotic owners 😳

Now buying anything 2hand is always a risk i have brought a few pups in the last 2yrs costing me a lot,would have been cheaper to buy new. with carbon i would look good and close any sign of damage walk away, if its clean and tidy no battle scares you should be ok.

cannot argue with ibis, had a clear black carbon 3yrs old looking a bit sad as the clear coat was piting in a few places . got in contact with ibis asked to send it to them (yes i was not happy to) sent it 3 days later they have decided to replace under warranty. 3yrs use £88 postage new bike sounds good to me.

Yes that is what insurance is for, but if the cost goes up you could find that you are paying back more than the repair. you could find just drying out with a dehumidifier is all it needs and the cost to hire is very little. If it had been leaking for any lenght of time you will have damp and mold all over the place
