I had a great idea to watch TV whilst on the turbo. That went well

    What junkyard said.
For example, I have 2 hours spare now before my daughter gets dropped off at mine. I have looked at the turbo and the Swift and the Swift has won.
Use the turbo at night as there is no way I’d ride a road bike at night around here, I’d be dead in a week !

That video is cool, looks like it was filmed sort of this time last year. Autumnal sun. MMMMMMMM.
I am a bit surprised that the Cooker Hi seems to still come with a Dart fork ? Is that right ?
Nice looking angles on the frames though.
    I ride a Swift & I loves it.

Don’t think you used enough cable ties on the Kona.

Woodwork in garden weirdly matches the colour of the Singular.

    What Mackem said.
I ran one on a Charge Duster for a year. Was a godsend in the winter round here (Shropshire). Did Dyfi Enduro & Dyfi winter warm up on it, Sleepless etc… & was fine.
No longer with me as I sold the Duster but I’d have another. Have another 2 mates with them & they are also v positive.

I’ve just been on my turbo trainer for an hour and it was scary. It wobbled a bit and made a noise. I’m giving up cycling altogether. It’s too dangerous. Now where are my landscape architects type drawings. I’ve meeting in the morning.

It’s a 20″ frame so you need to be a big unit yourself. If you want it to see if you can make it work make me an offer. It’s doing nothing and I have bought a new bike. Up to you if you fancy getting all tooled up !

Any recommendations for frame repairers ?

    shinsplints

Secondhand purchase so no chance of any warranty etc.
Yep, steel frame. Bit wary of doing any bending to be honest. That said not got much to loose as its just sat in the shed doing f all.
Either that or sell it on here/the bay, listed with full description of the problem. Someone more capable than me could may well sort it out.

I loved my Anthem (not an ‘X’ but the prior 90mm travel version). Went like a raped ape uphill but as others have said here not very forgiving if you were not 100 % on your game. I fell off that bike more than any other. Now what does that tell you….

    6FT 3″ on a large with a 90mm stem & Thomson layback. Love it.

I went out for an hour on mine last night on some pretty flat local trails, so no need to touch the brakes. Got home & once the bike was back in the house the wheels still exploded.
There is no explanation for this phenomenon, but it is one that I think we should all take more seriously.

Bernaard – I did the same tonight. Rode past everyone sat on the decking outside a local riverside pub. Felt jealous. Got home and sat in the garden with a pint. Nice.
    +1 for the Swift.
