Same thing happened to my sister in law a few years ago. We pulled it out with some pliers though. 😯

After recently having a piece of glass stuck in my elbow, cleaning my wound out with pure coconut oil and pouring salt directly into the hole has worked a treat*

    Stubg like a mofo though.

And as I mentioned earlier, GPX files must be converted to FIT files before the Edge 25 will accept them.

You can drag and drop FIT files with no problem.

Breadcrumbs trail are easy to follow, have used it plenty of times with good success.

The garmin won’t accept gpx files on fit files, there are plenty of 3 party software options out there that painlessly concert the file.

No way that I’m aware of to get courses/map’s onto the device without the use of a computer.

I went 2 up on mine, but i was thinking of going up a size anyway so effectively stayed the same size.

Love the oval on the SS.

Another recommendation for anker. I’ve got a large 20,00mah power bank which keeps me powered for a week.

Also have a 21watt anker solar charger which I use to top up the power bank during the day.

I’ve still got circa 12bit coin and 400lite coin from my personal mining rigs from around 3 years ago. No rush to exchange them and haven’t been keeping an eye on the markets at all, so happy to see them increasing again.

Having just spent a long weekend in London, I have to say I was overly impressed with the competency of cyclist overall. Put Birmingham to shame for sure.

Official specs not revealed, but imagine a GTX 970 should get you close to 1080p60.

If you playing at 1440p or beyond I suspect a GTX980ti will be required to maintain 60fps with all the bells and whistles turned on.

Nvidia have just revealed the specs of the next gen GPU’s (1070 & 1080) both of which look very promising.

I’m a little disappointed the limit for prosecution is so high, but I guess our court systems wouldn’t be able to cope. The fixed penalty fines really should be a lot higher to deter people, £200 for doing 49 in a 40 is getting off lightly.

Wait for 4k bluray, the bit rate on the 4k Netflix isn’t high enough to do 4k justice.

Scoring just under 4500 on the Cooper run in school.

Level 19 on the beep test at school, those were 16 years ago, and up to a few years ago were still standing.

My commute bike is a charge duster single speed and fully rigid, with Mary bars for added niche.

Single speed for life, apart from when I’m riding my geared bikes.

    Hi,

I helped build the trails over Sandwell Country Park so hopefully I can help with your question.

My Daughters aged 4 & 7 both ride around the trails blue lines with the older child riding a few of the selected red options. So depending on your children’s ability and confidence levels should fine something they can ride.

It’s never too busy around there so you should be fine, though some of the hills are actually quite hard for little legs and little wheels so be prepared for a lot of pushing.

If that fails, there is plenty of other quieter trails around the valley that i’m sure they will enjoy.

Edit, There is also a pump track similar to the above video in Dartmouth park which you can cycle over to from the MTB trails.

I’m happy spinning and have some big hills on my commute so current run 36×16 on my commuter (not a road bike) but pedal at a cadence of 110.
