Mine is definitely 1080p (HD-DVD) so I presume you must have the Blu-ray edition.

Buy the boxset on HD-DVD or Bluray, native 1080p instead of the broadcast compressed 720p or below.

Try a drink of tonic water pre/post ride, the quenine content helps with cramp.

I too like the monkey trail, hadn’t rode Cannock for a couple of years so was pleasantly surprised by the monkey.

Flicking through WMB in the newsagents yesterday, they raise some concerns vis a vis Troute lights – would trout care to comment/convince me to part with my ‘hard earned’?

    What concerns would these be?

Sanp still playing round with it. You can even hold it with either hand and make phone calls!

Its a dig at the new Iphone 4, it was reported it lost signal whilst held in your left hand due to the position of its antenna.

If the drivers insurance company won’t liaise with you directly then get your solicitor/CAB to forward a letter to their office.

A lot of people rave above the MagicShine lights. These cost anything between £50-75 (yes that cheap) and produce upto 900 lumen as opposed to the Hopes 480.

I have the both, but don't really use the Hope's much now.

Depends on how fast your looking to go, they produce a wide flood and therefore limited in how much light actually gets projected down the trail.

I compliment mine with a helmet light.

Depending on how much money your looking to spend, they are better alternatives out there.

I think Red Kite in Solihull is an excellent shop, been many times and always have been more than helpful.

Depends on the source and the display, but at standard res the difference will be negligible, though the image may be a little sharper over hdmi.

If we are talking long cables (10m plus) then hdmi would be the way to go as it isn't affected from interference.

If your source and panel accepts HDMI the it will be worth it for the potential upscaling benefits.

My other half uses the Easton EC 90, can't fault it for its weight and extra comfort factor taking our some of the trail buzz on the hard tail.

Just bought two as back up lights, shame they don't discount the postage when buying multiples.

Ordered A P7 LED light, turned up next day,

Always had good service from Onone, including three bikes.

But as with all companies, level of service will vary from time to time.
