Thanks guys, yeah they are the RLT ti so dual air. ill have a bit of a play then and see how the go. they just feel SO tight and springy (at 100/100 ). when they were 150 they felt like a nice soft spring, maby i just need to get used to them.

It’s just so sad that you can’t pop down the shop without worrying about your bike that is chained up out the front. In a perfect world it would just be to easy.

I have Spesh butcher front, purgatory grid rear – set up tubeless, They are great but as i have been told they are a winter tyre which are great in the mud. but the back especially is worn out now so due for some new stuff. my local riding is around ogden which is very rocky but i just spent the weekend in llandegla so I’m looking to do more of that stuff.

Well I feel like a bit of a dick now, but you were right #nosedive. It was hitting the shifter so it would not release back. Very happy that it saves the hassle of returning.

Nosedive- I hope your on the money there because I did adjust brake position before my ride. I can’t wait to go out to the garage in the morning now to check.

If that’s not the problem I’ll send back and hope to get a new one by Friday.

I got my 2014 soul about 2 months ago. It come with 150 revs on it. As I do like it like that I think I should drop them to 130 as that sounds much better for climbing.

The spacers off my old formula brakes don’t seem to line up with the rotors. It rubs on the front and doesn’t work on the back.

That is where I’m a bit stuck. I’m alway about spending more for the quality but I’m only going to be in the uk for 18 months to 2 years. But in saying that I don’t want something that is going to annoy the Sh!t out of me either.

I love the ways that not one bad thing was said about either these bikes. They sound unreal. Can’t wait to get one now. It sounds like I can’t go to wrong going either of the two.
