There is no size on the frame and as it was advertised as an 18″ it didn’t cross my mind to check as i was to busy trying to everything else was sound on the bike. I did demo an 18″ a few months back but obviously cant exactly remember the feeling of the 18″ other than the overall bike felt good. It sound stupid but as i said checking the size was what the ad claimed didn’t cross my mind. When i discovered my balls up i must admit to feeling a right div but other than the size issue the bike is A1. Not yet rode it on any trails though so only time will tell, just know that if i decided to get an 18″ that im not gonna find another bargain like i had on this one.

Whats the crack as far as teams go? Is there a limit to team numbers and is it the bigger the team the less indvidual laps you do?

Im interested in some army surplus – does anyone know where i can get non camo?

A friend has a Endura Flight which he says is “ace”.

On a similar vien, i am also after some waterproff shorts. I have seen a few threads on here saying that army surplus gortex trousers, cut down, are the best thing out there. Thing is they are all bloody camo! Goretex for £15 cant be bad…

Update – Went to use it for the second time today and guess what? The hozelock end is faulty. Rang the place where i got it and they were very appollogetic and have sent out a new hose straight away. Anyone else had a prob as the guy on the phone said he has never had a problem with this before.

Had a little blast with the Nomad today and i have a question for owners of the 18V jobby…When using it the motor wasn’t making a constant noise but more a pulsating one! Is this the norm?

Have bit the bullit and ordered the more expensive Nomad 18v, will post an update when it arrives and i have had chance to give it a go..

Is it worth loosening the resevoir cap to ease pressure and slacken the bit point adjustment do you think?

Could it be fluid pressure or the bite point at the lever stopping the pistons being able to be pushed back flush?

Had a fault with my Tachyon where it would turn itself off after about 3 mins. I sent it back and was sent anew one without question, however this is exactly the same! Will now prob get a GoPro….
