davosaurusex….well said. Theres always somenone waiting to p1ss on your bonfire on here unfortunately it seems. I dont doubt for a min that genuine ones are superior but the fakes are what they are and will prob be lost or broke in a matter of weeks.

Spoke to Simon at Loco today, he has sorted my damper out. Really nice chap and excellent service from LoCo. It cost £38 inc the postage which i thought was very good, cant recommend him them enough. Why bother with Mojo & TF !

    Cheers Simon :-)

    Update….

The Fakelys came yesterday and my lad is a very happy bunny. Apparantley the are “dench” and “sick” !I must say for £16 they are bloody ace (white frame with violet iridium) and after reading the test someone did on here about the UV of the lenses they are great quality.

I dont need the pads changed though its just the motor bit, it just bolts on then you connect the plug but does it need the fault message cleared on a diagnostic machine. i.e can it be done myself or does it need a garage to do it?

If they weren’t already retracted surely the brake would be locked on…

Pads shouldn’t need retracting as far as im aware.

No, RAC man had to come out to release it and took it off so i could get to work. Near side stii fitted and works fine.

If and when i can pick up the part without paying the earth, does it require the “brake fault” message clearing / re-setting by laptop etc or is it just bolt it on and away you go?

Oh i see the usual STW crowd have joined in.Lol…thanks to those who tried to be helpful, much appreciated.

And why would i spend £200 on sunglasses for my lad to loose, break etc prob within a month.Thats the reaon HE wants fakelys specifically, that and because his mates got some.

Obviously Uk ones have come from China! My point is i need them quick (a gift for my lads birthday) and its obvioulsy quicker if they are sent from UK rather than China.

I know they are all made in China…used to be a few chaps in the UK thought selling them.. Only want UK based as i need them quick.

Do you think the GPS is worth having? As the TZ27 is the same camera but without GPS (apparently is kills the battery) and slightly cheaper..

Im sticking to these 2 ive mentioned. Ive read that many reviews etc that its done my head in, so some feed back from an actual owner would be great.

If i may ask, how much di you pay for the TZ30?

Think i will remove lowers with bike in the stand and do the seals etc then flip it upside down to refit them. Im prob being a numpty but i can see which are my fork on the fox chart! So how much oil would be required in each leg?

Actually, i may as well order all the necessary stuff off of your good self.

Well…all booked.Whats the best way to see the sights financially. I see there are several passes than can be pre-bought but they seem to tie you in to certain attractions alot of which are museums (yawn). Would prefer to have thing pre-arranged before arriving to save time in ques etc.
