I hate it when a girl says “is it in yet”

You might not feel so great when you get to about 20 miles next week

Purnells is an amazing place to eat, top notch food. Also if you like Indian food, there is a stunning place called Lasan, the chef has won quite a few awards for his food, not your usual indian fare.

I went in for one, ended up having a minor knee reconstruction, as they found it was a lot worse than was thought. 4 months in plaster and a long time getting myself back to fitness, an absolute nightmare at the time, but looking back it was well worth the struggle

You could take the wheels off and cut the frame into pieces, it should go in easily then.

You will love it, it’s like a giant kids playground but a lot less fun. Crawling through the tyres was one of the worst bits for me, the electric wire is good for zapping your mates with. I’d go for neoprene gloves and not too many layers as you get really wet and muddy. I hope you enjoy it.

As above, I wore one last winter, it kept the rain out but you certainly get very sweaty

Mudrunner is quite tough, the next one is in October at Eastnor Castle, they do a duathlon in February as well, which is really tough

Yeah it’s still there, went there today, cheese and branston sandwich and a pint of cloudy lemonade. And it’s still up for sale as well

I dropped my iPhone and broke the camera lens, The Apple store in Solihull just gave me a new handset, usually costs £140 for a replacement, but they gave it me free, top notch customer service
