Well done gee, I seemed to spend the whole 24 hours being passed by your team. The mud/velcro in the woods was pretty hard going after a while, I spent most of the dark hours suffering with cramp in muscles I didn’t know existed. Great event and some really good people, can’t wait til next year

I’ve not seen any Harry Potter films, Lord of the Rings or any of the new Star Wars, i have only seen 3 of that list of Oscar films up there?

Depends on cable run length really, personally I would use pf100/wf100 but if it’s a short run then rg6 will suffice as signal loss would be minimal

I think the rumours of him passing away are false, apparently not in good shape but still fighting

I went to Cayo-Guilermo, beautiful beaches, really nice people and really shit food, it also had a distinct lack of air con for such a hot place.

I’ve got a 2015 Nerve 29er and I love it, no issues with it at all. I’m looking at Canyon again for my next road bike too.

I use a ball or tin of beans religiously along with various calf and foot stretches,i haven’t run for 10 months now. I work in a car factory and spend all day heavy lifting on hard concrete floors which does not help me one bit, and unfortunately I’m not in a position to take a long period of time off or change my job/role. So I think I’m just gonna have to keep on doing what the ‘experts’ say, and one day it will go away

I’ve been suffering with this since February while i was training to do The Gauntlet Ironman. I got a few warning signs before It virtually finished me doing any running, I thought it was just another little annoying pain that comes with trying to juggle a job involving a lot of heavy work and a quite intense training schedule. I’ve seen a couple of podiatrists, nhs and private, I see a physio, I’ve had one steroid injection which made no difference at all, I’ve tried all sorts of insoles (shop bought ones and specially made ones) and I’m having some workboots made for me by our works occupational health, I do all the stretches I’m told to do but nothing is helping. I know some people get rid of it quite quickly but some are blighted for a very long time.

I don’t think it’s been a public car park for a while, there is some pay and display street parking around the back but I never manage to find an empty one. There are a couple towards New Street that are about as close as you will find

I saw the Hadza in the flesh at the cycle show today and it looked pretty good, don’t think it’s out until next year though. I actually thought that a few of the new models looked pretty tidy. The new codeine looked really good too.

I’ve just downgraded my Sky package and purchased a Firestick with Kodi installed. I’ve now got more TV than I could ever watch. Latest films, most box sets and all the sports channels you mentioned and loads more. I don’t know if you can use your sky box to record, I’m sure someone will be along to let you know

I’ve been using a Firestick with Kodi installed, i can watch nearly every channel I had on my Sky subscription with the added bonus of most of the latest movies in hd quality, best £35 I’ve spent for quite a while

Had mine done in January, back on the bike after about 10 days. The worst part of it was producing a sample at the Birmingham Womens Hospital, they provided a couple of grot mags and a pot to shoot your load into, which was nice.

Birmingham City for my sins. I don’t think we are the relegation fodder that the so called experts are predicting. We are very organised defensively and decent on the counter, top ten finish for my blue boys. Totally agree with Binners about Villa

15-20 mins through the park and woods on my bike. One of the big factors when recently changed job, previously had an hour drive each way.

We go a couple of times a year, always found Monday/Tuesday to be the quietest days. Remember that schools break up for summer around the 17th July so it will be chaos after them. As Jekkyl said Ebay is good for tickets, we never pay more than £10 a ticket

If it gets wet and muddy (like usual), you would be glad of a bigger tent. As said above, if you get there early doors on Wednesday you should get a decent spot, even late Wednesday afternoon the space starts getting a bit tight. Personally I would go with a bigger tent, it’s just a bit more comfortable.

I had mine done 4 weeks ago today. I was back on my bike after 2 but I knocked my spuds on the saddle and made me feel quite sick so I left it another week after that, all ok now though.

Hopefully the last weekend off the bike, 9 days since the snip and still feeling minor discomfort, like a mild kick in the nuts

I was there earlier this week, it was quite wet and slippy in places, and the fog meant we couldn’t see more than 20/30 metres at times but it was fun. It was my first time there and it took us about 2 1/2 hours with a stop for a flask of tea and cake at the top

A work colleague ran the mudrunner 2 weeks ago with no training, he isn’t the healthiest of people but he finished it. He was off work for 2 days after because he couldn’t bend his legs. If it is Wolfrun that you are doing then you will be ok, it’s tough but it won’t kill you, it will hurt but you’ll live.

The one in the Bullring Birmingham was quite nice, I wouldn’t go there again but it was decent enough food.
