You can manage what music is copied to individual ipods by creating playlists and telling the ipod to sync from the specific playlist.

I also try to pay attention to what is happening around me, which reduces my need to read books on political issues.

Through which media? Reading a book might just show more sides to an argument.

Stop trying to be a supercilious tw4t, and realise that you're just one of the sheep

We're doomed It rained on Wednesday – St Swithin's Day

'St Swithin’s Day, if it does rain
Full forty days, it will remain
St Swithin’s Day, if it be fair
For forty days, t'will rain no more.'

    What did you ride before?

To mee it sounds as if your position on the bike is quite stretched out and you are lifting your head up, thus working the neck muscles.

Could try a shorter raised stem, move the saddle forward, or just see how it goes as your ride more and your neck gets stronger.

On a serious note watch out for Lymes Disease Link

Mate and I got ticks on the same walk. He got Lymes, but i didn’t. Keep the tick once it’s out, and look out for symptoms.

ned, post mount will need the right adaptor for the disc size. But they do make it much, much simpler to align the brakes

Avid Bleed kits also fit btw. Bit more pricy but I prefer the fact that you can seal the tube and draw the air out of the oil prior to bleeding.

None what so ever. I have a set and they are the best brakes I’ve had (until I got a set of Formual bianco).

The seem spongy at first but this is just getting used to their great modulation.

probably – med cage X9 has a 37T capacity so if you add the diffence between your largest and smallest chain wheel and largest and smallest sprocket and it comes to 37 or less then it will be fine. Even if it’s a couple over I would imagine it would be ok as long as you avoided the extreme gears

    hope that makes sense

Well, I still think the Cannondale M800 (Beast of the east)circa 1995 was a classic if ever there was one

How about the old principal of innocent until proved guilty.
i think it’s outrageous that the telegraph have published her photo.

with all the publicity how’s she going to get a fair trial, if it even comes to that.

Mine took 3 operations and loads of physio.

Start off gently and build up. It was quite quick in the end to return to pretty much full flexibility, but the muscle wastage took longer to rebuild

Gizz, I find that the brakes sometimes need a bit of pumping to get them back to proper braking. But also they travel a bit more before they bite fully. This is just better modulation imo but did take me a bit of getting use to after moving from hopes.

Assuming you mean bob jacksons in leeds. If so then yes, they did a great job on my cannondale, and the paint seems tough enough for me (it is only a commute bike however)
