BB shell size?

Is BB a 68 or 73mm and does this match the frame?

What MM said, and look at the position of the bars, if they are risers can you rotate them for more height

could always see what similar have gone for on ebay, that should give you an idea

Also consider the road. a slight camber for rain run off could mean that the car pulls to the left if your not controlling it (ie hands of the wheel)

Another way to get the phone you want is to renew your contract without an upgrade and buy the phone from ebay.

I have been doing this for the last few years. I pay £5 a month for 100min 100txt and 120min international calls (suits my needs) and have a HTC Hero I picked up for £200 off ebay.

Chainline (or rather axle length required to give recommended chaineline) is determined by cranks, speak to the crank manufacturer, and get a BB with appropriate axle length. BB Shell width will be set by frame builder but wont affect over all axle length 68mm or 73mm for most MTBs).

have you checked that the lock ring is tight on the cassette. I've had this before and the movement it allows made a bit of a noise?

so if it is a continuous noise then it sounds like it might be your chain rubbing on the cage of the front mech, as the chain moves down it will get closer to a straight line and nearer the mech cage

does it happen in all chain rings or just one?
does the noise happen during the change or continue after?

Not sure you can, but you can give them a hard time.

if so it could be a cell problem so ask them what they are doing about it.
