I’ve been living pretty much in Cannock Chase (right next to castle ring) for the last two years so been a bit spoiled. Moving to Manchester in the new year and still haven’t fully come to terms with not being able to ride straight out my front door into some mud.

That’s the conclusion I came to in the end. Didn’t feel as bad as I was expecting but obvs not quite right. Currently debating sorting it myself or sending it off to J-Tech and getting a custom tune at the same time.

Most of the bits are on the full sus for now but planning to rebuild it over the next couple of months in anticipation of being able to ride again..

Sitting in a&e with a misshapen hand now anyway so probably doesn’t matter too much! Thanks for the input though :)

How much do people generally ride on practice day? One and done? Session tricky bits? Two or three laps per stage? Only done smaller funduro sort of stuff before.

Another first timer here on a bike I’ve had about two weeks. Trying my best to get some training in round the Chase but we need some bigger hills!
