Might be tricky to get a Pauls one fitted to a press fit frame… 😉 🙄

The new dura-ace has a directional chain with different shaped inner and outer plates for shifting lower at the back and shifting higher at the front, it ‘would’ work on an old dura-ace system but wouldn’t give you the best shifting possible

Adidas Evil Eyes, the lenses are brilliant at stabilising light, expensive but very comfortable,

I have a Cube sting and have had no issues at all, even rattling down the rockiest peaks descents. maybe check front mech set up?

Mavic C29ssmax wheels look good, full ust and not a bad weight for 29er, 15mm hub though.
Other options could be Easton Havens, alloy or carbon?

Also 2012 is offering a sid world cup 29er with a 15mm axle and carbon tapered steerer

Recon Solo air is the cheapest id go for, anything lower spec and you might as well buy rigids

For the last few years the Spark has come with 120mm forks but as you say with 110mm out the back,

Do look at a Cube Sting though!

I did miss the mid lap music, was a good lift of spirits last year,
Why didn’t the band play Saturday night, or that guy with the fire?

As mentioned before my Scale 10. Doesn’t feel flexy or ‘too light’, rides very nicely

My Scale last time weighed was sub 20lbs, and have made it lighter since then. Nothing silly light on it but is is 1×10

With the Alpine Stans recommended just the yellow tape and valve. If you use the rim strips you might need drill or file out the area on the rim bed at the valve hole. I had a problem with my rocket rons on dt 4.2, wouldn’t hold air until that area was flatter.

Either copy and paste them the link in the address bar of the selected route, they can then use the left and right arrows to browse other routes in the top right corner, or press the share button for emails or Facebook etc.

I|f they want the file for a Garmin they will want the GPX file on the export link

I know that, but why would he just happen to have a Spark 20 in pieces available for sale

With him being a DJer from his pinkbike pics, where did he even get the Spark frame from…
maybe a dodgy dealing through the shop he works at, a warranty frame that never made it back to scott?? might be worth speaking to the owner of the shop about the frames previous life

There are bomb holes to play in, and the rest of the singletrack you can make as hard as you want with the amount of speed you apply. The hardtail would be the way to go, but as Thetford is so bumpy sometimes you can get a bit of back pain from bouncing around.

G2 geometry has a shorter top tube, but a longer measurement between the steerer and fork sanctions… http://fisherbikes.com/bike/series/g2-hardtails

so the head angle will be the same but your wheelbase and top tube will be shorter

Nice, but a bit of a mish-mash spec… Race Face crank, Easton bars, Point1 Stem…
Atleast match some brands rather than a bit of everything…
Like full Race Face bar, stem, crank combo. Or Easton Haven bits.

Do like the Bos fork and the colour too

I built one in the shop I worked in a few years ago and found this was a problem, haven’t heard if they have changed the design though

Rode singlespeed a lot, so went 1×9 on my xc race bike (36t 11/34) no problems at all with 2hour races at Thetford or 12hour Bonty 24/12. I use an MRP 1x which works fine but I think the Ethirteen looks a bit neater
