Riding through Bradgate on the tarmac road as per the rules does seem to upset many of the folk waking along it, especially at busy times, a permissive track up and around the perimeter would keep us from upsetting folks. I almost never ride through there these days because of the risk of crashing into small children or dogs off the leash, it seems madness to me to mix cyclists with families out for a walk. Oh and as already stated, because i don’t ride in there the cafe doesn’t get any of my money & we always stop for coffee on rides. 😀

    Hi
I had this for a while, turns out my pedal cleats were too far back & saddle too low. All sorted now.

My girlfriend Susie trying my Jones out.

Don’t be too tempted to go with a long stem, these bikes are supposed to be shorter than most, it does take a little bit of getting used to, coming from a longer top tube bike.

5ft 10.5 inch, 34 inch inseam, layback post, 90mm stem, ebb set at 6 o’clock position, loop bar.

Pedal strikes are few and far between now i have adapted to the low bb.

Super moto’s if you are loaded, big apples if on a budget. Super moto’s on wide rims are fantastic.

Just started Bioshock infinite, ok so far, however, i think that Metro last light was better (unless bioshock improves later) and the last of us is still my fave game played.

I drink too much coffee and eat too much cakes and chocolate, but i ride my bike as much as i possible and run when i can. I don’t have too many grey hairs or wrinkles so i think i must be doing something right.

Plan your ride using an os map, measure it with string, time the ride with a stopwatch, use maths to work out your average speed etc, write it down in a note book, job done. 😉

It’s got a few good scratches so not expecting loads of money for it, not sure what to ask, any ideas for a fair price price for a well used solaris frame complete with hope seat qr and headset singletrackworld?

5 FT 10 inches and 34 inch inseam here, i rode a medium with a 70mm stem on, it felt about right, i might have gone 60mm with super wide bars, its in bits at the mo, the frame will be going up for sale at some point if you fancy a blue one.
