Try making a colette extractor to grab it form the inside.
Use a piece of steel tubing just smaller than the outer race, hammer a flange on the end then cut it down the length in a cross so that it can be splayed open.
put cut end in race and screw a bolt in from the other side to open it up then knock or push it out with vice.

Or if your near newcastle i will pull it out for you with a bearing puller

ones i linked go over the glove, they have 2 foam discs in but can use one if prefer. They give loads of support and prevent your wrist from bending back over.
still have comfortable movement though on the bike

Reason i went for the one i linked was because of the sizing, figured it would save sending them back if they didnt fit :D
They also fit over your gloves fairly easy, not sure the one with the loop would?

push them back in using a vice, use the old bearing inbetween the new bearing and the vice to save damaging the new bearing

Just replaced the bearings on my pitch due to creaking (not bad i must add) the bearings felt as you described, a little rough but not seized.
creak is now gone so was definately that.

just did the pivot bearings on my pitch, they only creaked under load and were silent when pushing down on the saddle.
A mates orange 5 had a creak, it turned out to be the raceface cranks undoing themselves (faulty)

Might get a small allen key or phillips screwdriver in if the nut part has come off completely?

If you have a shower in the en-suite, chances are the steam has softened the artex causing it to fail like it has. I would just scrape it all off if i were you, removing with moisture-steam stripper on tighter bits.
Wear a mask and you will be fine, doubt it would take long at all!
when smooth give it a thin coat of unibond or oil based undercoat to seal the powder then paint.

Put the new seals in the freezer before you install them, will prevent you from swearing lots!

Not certain on this but im sure there is no air on that side of shock unless it is in neg pressure ie stuck down.
Check its not stuck down and take aircan off, clean o ring and plastic rings on shaft and grease them see if that works

    seanodav

the shock may not be leaking, is not just air escaping into pump when connecting pump?
Is it the pump gauge telling you this every time you connect it?

Carbon is correct, she is entitled to statutary pay for 39 weeks however if she has been paid any additional maternity pay from the company that could stop.
    Says mrs seanodav anyway.

Must be a set up problem, mate rides a 5 and never drops his chain with same set up.
Try mech height and stop adjustmenets

If its all swingarm bearings etc evans in metrocentre are scott dealers im sure they could help. As jonb mentions they’re good also.
If its only the shock mount bush do it yourself, easy job!

Stick to the black all the way to the top through peats sake etc, when the trail ends on the tarmac road, head along road till you see a fireroad on the right with a gate on it, go up here till you reach the top. This will put you back to the top of the red decent you miss doing the black.

Rob you mention fox, is it just the bushes in your shock mount thats worn?
