had similar problem myself a year ago, was with merlin who were great.
They sent courier to pick them up after first time.

Surely it wont cost you if the shop sent them back? if it was an online store tell them your not happy about having to spend more on shipping, they may send courier to pick them up?

pinkyponk is bang on, gravel etc is never added to a trail unless there is no other answer, it is always last resort. Nobody i know would barrow gravel for miles around a wooded area for fun or to make trails look like shite.
    might see you about drac.

To be honest i dont think it has been very busy at all this year for cyclists, always busy but mainly walkers.

i had one stuck and the bit the tool fit in was rounded so gripped it using these
    http://www.screwfix.com/p/forge-steel-10-water-pump-pliers/37427
i opened it far enough to get one of the jaws on the nut and the other jaw on the edge of my bash guard holding it still.
    might be worth a try!

he’s been told nowt jamie, he only joined to find out, which is crazy when the trails are as bad as he says they are.
He has also posted asking for guide down pink panther which if anyone knows it is crammed with man made features. he is very odd indeed

Fergal your a male chicken mate. you come on here spouting all this shite as though you were riding these trails for years, you then come on trail builders forum and ask where the trails are!
    craw back under your rock.
If you want to help keep the trails natural go ride somewhere else instead of trying to organise group rides with strangers.

change the bearing in the frame swingarm they are only a few quid, if it doesnt work at least you know they are fine for a while.

The bushing is in the shock eyelet, sounds to me like your bearings have failed.
