Ohh dear lots of unsafe steel kicking about then in that case, however it was tested and signed off…

Edit: in the case of over application how is it reduced then? reckon that could get tricky

@ jonba, not what the guy checking the nullifire told as as he was checking our work at spillers factory. There is a limit on the least amount but thats it
Ive put loads of the stuff on in the past.

A vacuum extension tube is the perfect size for fitting over the steerer to tap the race back on. For removal use something sharp like a stanley blade to start it off then use a screwdriver

Wouldnt work due to any lag in game imo

This is what we use on steelwork, as said it isnt cheap but then are your lives?

Needs applied as thick as possible. there is a test for thickness but just go over the top on application

Adaptors needed for low volume pump as well, you should have got one of those..

Edit: just read your post and you got one :D
You can use normal pump but its not very accurate at low pressure

Warton, I must admit selling my five crossed my mind. I could get a super nice new roadbike with the funds invested in it.

Mr Carbon you need to go have a word with yourself and join us at the lakes tomorrow!

Do a search for 55 and 44 rc3 ti’s, been loads threads about them.
I own some 55’s and they are excellent forks, most others will agree i think.

I quote for a finished job, you cant quote for something then change your mind because its not going your way, if the decorator was in any doubt he should have quoted for the third coat then maybe reduced the price if it wasnt needed. You cant lose a job via price if you always quote the lowest price it would take.
But if you dont talk to him about it he wont know and then cant correct it to your standard. give him a chance to put it right 1st.

Edit: he really should have quoted for 3 coats on top of that primer though, very rarely will 2 coats cover on that.
