Done this twice both times with audi,1st time finance was with black horse,2nd was with audi finance. Black horse just asked me to drop the car of at auction. The second time audi finance sent out someone to check the car, which was scratched btw, the said nothing both times.
    Hope this helps.

If you have a combination boiler, then just buy a thermostatic, connect the cold to the cold and the hot to the hot pipes in your bathroom, couldnt be easier.

running this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=35326 on mine, however the mounts dont line up on iscg tabs, so its fitted behind the bb cup. If i was to buy another i would go for a blackspire stinger as the bearings dont seem to have lasted long on the e 13
btw all spesh bikes are iscg old.

drop your heels, and transfer body weight through bottom bracket instead of arms.

This should help, just dont turn fork the right way up with lowers off, or you will need change all the oil in damper and not the 5 ml mentioned.

Im sure those small plastic guards for swingarm are only to prevent shock being covered in crap.

As thomthumb says they do go back to near normal, mine was 10mm and can hardly see it now, it is a larger hole than a normal piercing leaves but not really noticable.

It is also a warrenty job if they are new enough to be still covered, however you will be without your fork longer
