This removes ticks of all sizes even the smallest easily.

dont use chemicals on ticks, vaseline included.
They are easily removed without harming them, preventing them spewing disease into you, providing they are removed correctly.

If your not getting full travel its normally the damper cart seal (o ring) thats shot.

Helps to pop the seals in the freezer prior to service, they go in way easier i found with advice from here.

I've used senditnow.com twice with no problems.
cost was about 12 quid for bike boxed.

If you run it past the top tube for normal riding, you would'nt be able to drop your saddle for decending as there is a kink in the seat tube just past top tube, my guess is thats why the brace is there. Just a guess tho :?
There is no hole on the pitch down tube, well not on mine anyway!

Can get one from betd or prob lbs, they can be pushed in and out using sockets and a vice very easily.

New cranks may not work, the cranks on mine are shimano and i had to run mine close to the wheel still. I tried lots of variations of spacing.
The set up above has not caused any trouble for me in over a year, i did bend the back plate slightly once on a rock and it just buzzed the tyre but didnt move around the bb.
    Hope this helps!

Only few mm clear on mine too but its dropped as low as poss so as only the tip of plate is near tyre

How much clearance is there when spcers is outboard?

    seanodav

Might need to grind the bolts down, sounds extreme but its what e13 will prob advise

edit: or the clearance may be enough even though it does'nt look like it, mine has very little clearance from the tyre

    Thanks for that Stevio!

@ Stevio, were the hoses the usual 1700mm length for the rear?

Just bought some xt brakes from there, rear hose is too short! not sure why yet as ive not spoken to them. Might pay to check hose length or they may not turn out to be a bargain.

If the scratch is deep it could lead to dirt in the lowers, which will result in accelerated bushing wear. Can be fixed with nail varnish and very carefull sanding with wet and dry.

Prob right but for a valve you can remove from innertube for free its worth trying? this was the prob in my fork but i couldn't get any air in.

I bought some cheap side cutters from screw fix for this very job, they perform better than the previous bike specific cutters i had which lasted 3 cuts for 3 times the price

I agree with geewavetree, just had to replace valve core on my forks for same reason.

I use a set, very good imho, dont really notice you have them on. They change fast enough in an out of dark woods.
They do mist up in the worst of weather but clear very fast

@ onzadog, the cover is 5k no questions asked for any unlisted item home or away, nearly sure that covers accidental as well.
They were way cheaper than ms for me.
