Chainring. the teeth get worn on one side more like this Flip it over to the none worn side. I got an extra 6 months out of the Raceface one.

My experience:

I have tried both RaceFace and Superstar £30 narrow wide chain rings in 3234 tooth flavour with similar results.

From now on:
Buy £30ish N/W Chain ring, run it until the chain starts falling off, filp it over run it on the other side until the chain starts falling off. Repeat…..

neilgates that is along post but I still think this is a good thing. Its to soon for complaints about the “Suface type”. Give it a winter or two it will look/fell very different.

The maid difference is now more people will have access to that Meon valley path which is a good thing!

Hopefully the venues will confirm in the next couple of weeks. I could make it live after the QECP Enduro or 2 months be for the race like the qecp events. What do you reckon?

I will be there (In hardtail category) can’t wait. Good thing is you get morning practice so you can make decision’s about what helmet then.

BTW you need £100 deposit for the transponders so make sure to tack a card to sign-on.

I did the last one at BPW it was a great race but thing I hope they sort out for this one are All the Elite/Expert riders in the age cats not PRO-AM also the cue for sign on(was an hour long at BPW).

The pervious Mini enduro at FoD was a complete swampy mudfest. There is rain forecast for the weekend but with all this dry weather it will just keep the dust down 😉

This does amaze me it cost so much!

When 100% we(QECP Collective) estimate the New Blue trail will have cost fro 30 to 40 grand. However I will be built over 4 phases and a couple of years. But will include 2 contractor built sections like the climbs below.

Don’t need white lines or kerbs but how about a 21mile long rhythm section/Pumptrack. That will keep the walkers and bikes separated!

Glad to hear this has been resurfaced. Took a couple of rides along it years ago and it was an unusable bog in places. Sounds ideal for taking the kids out now.

I agree with this, We have loads of muddy crap (which I love) to ride in the area. It will be nice to take the family for a ride along it.

I wonder what the event insurance companies view is on this! Especially if the rider are not DQ or disqualified to discourage this in the future.

Yes and when you sign up, the earlier you sign up the better placed you are in your quail run.
I signed up 3 weeks before the race last year and was at the back of the grid.

Managed to overtake 70 riders but still got a rubbish time and not in to the challanger race like I wanted/aimed to.

5 will be fine, I did It last year on my cannondale prophet with dual plys. If I do it again it will be on a HT!
