Has anyone collected from on one? When they were at Doncaster there was an option to collect from the warehouse and save on postage. It says they still do it but cant find the option. Can anyone assist?

Ah, you’ll be reet then. Was gonna try and talk you out of it if you were dry walling on to brick. Use coarse thread drywall screws, 32 or 38mm. NOT bloody wood screws lol

White side out and cut using a decent blade on the white side first. You’ll get a better edge

Still using square edge boards or tapered as I’m going for a full room plaster job??

    Thanks

I’m fixing to studs. It was my intention to fit the boards myself then get a plasterer to tape the joints and skim the whole room. Thanks.

[Hijack] I’m about to plasterboard a full room then have it skimmed. Are tapered boards the ones to go for then the joints can be taped etc.

    Thanks

Thanks for the help so far. We have two air bricks (one at each end of the house) and thats it. No other vents. I will check the insulation at where the roof meets the soffits and see whats what in daylight. I’m thinking roof vents are a must then?

We went in Jan this year and it was great. Loads of snow inc fresh dumps for the last 2 days. Virtually no lift q’s and empty piste’s. Plenty to ride.
    Gets my vote.
Thinking of booking again for this Jan

Hi. We went last January (24th-31st)and it was superb. Loads of snow, some fresh powder and whats better was no lift queues at all. Got the first lift up every morning and didnt have one bad day. Never queued more than 30 seconds for a lift and often had whole pistes to ourselves. We booked late though and bokked with igluski. Asked them where was good for snow at that time of year and they recommended it, wouldnt have considered it otherwise.
A hidden gem I reckon (if the snow is there.)

Thanks so far. I'll try and explain the problem. Basically when I trial fit the caliper onto the disk the caliper mounts are in line with the post mounts. I bought a mono mini mount but its straight therefore when I try and fit it the caliper is about 10mm out. Also the mount has a bend in it so the caliper will not bolt up to it.
I've took some pics to see if it helps.

    Thanks

I swapped a zafira to a touran and absolutely love it. Economical (1.9 tdi) and bags of room.
Seats can be totally removed or swapped about.
Plenty of room for the bikes

Ive not had any problems and usually have 2 bikes.

If you prefer thet usually have a secure cleaners store where most lodges will happily let you leave them for the night.

I did get some funny looks of drunken folk with 2 bikes in the lift in Sheffield city centre travel lodge.

Can you do 8 miles comfortably? Great run folk reckon you should be able to do 8 miles a month before the event. If you defer will you take it any more seriously / train more next year?

I'm entered and although I can do the 8 miles and probably a bit more I'm getting a bit worried but hoping momentum/adrenalin/atmosphere will help me with the last 5 miles.

I'm starting in the back pack and just happy to get round.

Give it a go & Good luck

It depends who your provider is. When I used my tesco account I could recieve but not send. Its because they dont have a SMTP (or something like that) server. I swapped to Ymail and it works fine now.

Thanks. The mech I got says 22/32teeth only and seems it wont move over far enough to reach my 44t outer cog. Thought any would be fine to be honest though.
