I’m a big fan of the first three series and am late catching up and am only on ep4 of the fourth series, but I definitely feel like it’s lost something. A few annoyances, Avarasala has gone from being one of my favourite characters to an unwatchably overacted parody of herself and her husband had gone from cuddly grandpa to intergalactic superstud. Oh and knifey mcknifeface is just playing exactly the same character again.

Hmmm it apears my posting skills are even worse than my crude paint skillz.

I had two Nokia 8 phones before the Honor 10, nice phones to use until they both died and I got my money back. Your data is everywhere whether you consent or not, ooh I’ll buy a super clean Android One phone and then install Facebook on it.

I would say yes, my wife has got an Argos/eBay Honor Play refurb that was perfect and a great phone for £130. My last phone was an Honor 10 but I couldn’t resist an unnecessary upgrade to a P30 Pro for £255.

Checked out Uncut Gems at the weekend and I’m still not entirely sure what to think, it’s definitely an experience and I’ve never seen a film quite like it, after two hours of stressed out chaos I felt worn out and dirty, definitely a big thumbs up though.

I can’t stand black coffee and I can’t drink too much or it buggers up my sleep.

Another week another 2.5kg gone, only 5kg to go to get back where I was 5 weeks ago sigh. I realised I was getting through about a litre of milk a day purely from coffee and tea consumption so now I’m limiting myself to two coffees, a cup of milky tea then hitting the Chinese tea for the rest of the day.

Beaten to it but a carpet fitter, for the sake of thirty quid or so it’s not worth it.

I’ve been looking forward to Uncut Gems because of the Daniel Lopatin/Oneohtrix Point Never soundtrack but all the reviews say it’s superb, out on NetflIx Jan 31st.

What scales do people have? I was talking to friends and they didn’t beleive I weighed 17st so I am wondering if there are some cheapish scales that are accurate.

I’ve got the Anker Eufy ones which seem excellent, and for thirty odd quid a real bargain. Same here, I’m 19 stone but don’t really feel it or feel think I look it, definitely need to lose a few stone though.

I’ve weighed in a day early as I won’t be around tomorrow, as I’d hoped the absurd 11kg I put on through December seems to be falling off with a 3.4kg loss this week, makes my ridiculously unachievable 1.8kg weekly target look slightly less ridiculously unachievable.

Sting is a bit of a dick and I’ve only really heard the obvious stuff which is ok, but I heard Darkness on an episode of Mindhunter which I thought was excellent so might have to investigate.

My scales just said weight difference too great, please confirm user, somehow I’ve put on 11kg since the end of November ffs, I thought I was having trouble tieing my shoe laces.

Have seen some Wren horror stories first hand. We’ve had two IKEA kitchens and wouldn’t go for anything else next time. As said above use a deeper worktop and mount the cabinets on a 3×2″ onto the wall.

I’m certainly not going to tar a huge demographic with the same brush but a decent proportion of these Corbyn hating Tory voting working class are xenophobes or racists, and yet they’d never vote for him because he’s an antisemite. There was a heated discussion the other day on a friends facebook where a few of these creatures felt empowered to crawl out of the woodwork, one comment was along the lines “Corbyn scum haha, great now all these dirty ****ers can **** off back home lol.” So I asked him if Corbyn being an antisemite is one of the reasons he hated him so much? “Yes, and many other things”. The ignorance is astounding.

I was wondering why the imdb ratings were so low, it’s crept up from 6.7 to 7.5 but it turns out there has been a campaign by far right racists to bomb it with 1 star reviews, if you look at the episode ratings it would be over 9.

I’m an episode behind and it pains me to say that I could happily never watch another episode, it’s difficult to describe but it just feels very hollow to me.

Wow wow wow, that was one of the most incredible bits of film/TV ever!
