I can relate to quite a few of them and really enjoy the series.

Any good quality cement (not premixed adhesive) should do the job, Mapei and Bal are the best IMO.

Quite a bit of BBC stuff filmed around here in Newport, DR Who, Touchwood, Sherlock and Casualty spring to mind.

Budapest is a really cool place, lots of culture and character, and about 80p for a pint of Soproni or Borsodi. :D Have just come back from Reykjavik which I’d also strongly recommend.

If you want low latency and quality look at RME, might need a mic pre-amp as well though.

Well, in the end I went full circle and got a new NX3000 for £185, I just couldn’t justify paying thirty quid less for a two or three year old camera, very happy so far although I have little to compare it against. Cheers anyway.

My dad had two 3l v6 Senators when I was young, the first one was rapid, the second one not so, shortly before selling it he discovered one of the guys in his factory had glued a piece of wood to the underside of the loud pedal.

Wow lots to take in for a n00b. I’ll be using the camera for all sorts but mainly holiday snaps and portraits. If budget allowed the A5000 for £259 looks ace, otherwise a Nex 3 or 5 and an E-A adaptor, I quite fancy having a play around with the cheapy Holga and Lomo style lenses too.

Completely forgot about HTRK – Psychic 9-5 Club, probably my favourite release of the year.

I’ve given him two opportunities to back out and take the money but he’s standing firm and told me not to be silly. The dilemma was his but I still felt guilty about him missing out on so much money. He has since mailed me a pic of the item boxed up ready to go. With regards to the market value it’s a piece of yamadori bonsai material so value is very subjective.

Have just had one fitted by a HETAS engineer, sorted out the hearth and chimney breast myself, £720 all in including the stove and flexi liner. 8)

Andy Stott – Faith in Strangers

Thom Yorke – Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes

    Teebs – Estara

Lots of good suggestions, used to love stuff like The Goats, Jeru, Goodie Mob, Da Lench Mob and EPMD etc. Check out John Wayne, Dabrye, Zackey Force Funk and Onra.
