Keep the cling film on for three or so hours, wash, pat dry with kitchen towel, apply a very light layer of bep and recover with cling film. Wash, bep and recover three times a day for the first two or free days then lose the cling film and switch to wash and bepanthen four times a day, once it has peeled switch to moisturiser.

Words like hero, legend and superstar are often very overused, but in his case very apt.

Take it steady at first day on day off, you’ll know when you reach the point where you can push a bit harder, if you stop through injury or laziness even for a short time you’ll go backwards very very quickly so keep plugging away. I started running about 9 months ago and I haven’t really lost any weight as my eating is still shite. 6’3″ and 16 1/2st, not massively overweight as I do quite a lot of strength stuff but I’ve gone from 40 minutes on my first 5k to 25 minutes and from hating it to quite enjoying it in a perverse way.

I recommended the Titan one on a recent thread, I wouldn’t spend more for occasional use.

Bilt Hamber Deox is amazing stuff but it isn’t a stabiliser as it dissolves the rust, which can leave you with severe pock marking if the rust is bad. I guess it depends what you’re trying to achieve but this stuff fully removes rust.

Crete, we went the year before last to a little village near Rethmynon and loved it, lovely people, beaches, culture and natural things to explore and incredible food. I can’t wait to go back and fancy exploring the east of the island but flights out of Heraklion seem to be pretty pricey.

Look just north and go to Madeira, went last October and would thoroughly recommend it.
