Me too in Suffolk. Pulled a gpx for a ride from the web and bashed 42 miles out in warm sunshine and then cool dusk.

Suffolk is gorgeous but very flat. And full of pigs. And stud farms.

If a trail is maintained in this way then surely they have a duty of care for its upkeep. Therefore, if that duty of care exsists and someone or group of someone’s fell over and hurt themselves because if rutting etc I.e because the condition of the trail was not maintained and then said group of people sued the ass off them then perhaps they would stop sanitising everything in sight.

The only thing this works does is make people seek out cheeky trails IMHO.

glad it looks to be resolved but its nowt to do with me but heres my tuppence worth anyway (as is the STW way!)

I like on one. Bought lots from them and never had a problem. Like popping into the shop, like the website and like the offers.

We all have bad days and say things we wish we hadn’t(and products fail – it goes with the territory)and none of the above or yesterdays stuff would put me off. I don’t think on one is a ‘cheap’ product, it suits my budgets. I think others stuff is probably over priced tbh but if you want to get riding on a restricted budget then at least a company exists to allow you to do so without selling your soul.

back to the bog (stupid norovirus)

Suffering from both at the moment. Kalms help me get to sleep easier now and have had stronger. Sleep deprivation fuels my anxieties it seems. not the happiest of bunnies ATM and this norovirus isn’t helping.

Exerise especially time on the bike helps but the majority of people know that!

meh – got all my stuff sorted last night so I could throw my leg over the bike and go either very first thing this morning or later and enjoy what looks like a gorgeous day. currently in bed with the mother of all upset guts and hot and cold sweats.

I blame the kids.

I run the SP through a Kemo172 but I think that if you get the one up from that model you should be ok.
