I pop in a couple of times a year when I’m in the Lakes. Never had anything but excellent service from them, and very good advice when I haven’t bought anything.

Sometimes I get into the car, and my wife has left Radio 1 on. Mills makes my skin crawl.

As for the morning, I don’t find Chris Moyles annoying, but comedy Dave?

Saying that, it is worth **** all what I think, because I listen to radio 5.

    Hey,

I knew I recognized you! I saw you in a photo on some random website and just noticed you on Facebook and figured you looked familiar. If you’re curious to see what I mean, I think I visited http://www.edsonfg.net (from what I can recall). You’ll see what I mean, and hopefully it works and you can still see it. So anyways, how are you? How was your week? Hope to hear from you soon :)

    Take care

Two Wheels are very good, and very busy.

The last time I tried to spend any money at Race Co, Paul was too busy chatting to a mate.

I would much rather go to Two Wheels, and the point about how it looks is a little ridiculous – Paul/RaceCo has time to keep his shop clean…he’s not overly troubled with paying customers.

as above, free weights are way more versatil than a multi gym. If you are bored – look around for a programme that will keep you interested. I am doing a Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri programme that keeps to 5 excercises per day, but to exaustion. Never gets boring, and can be done with dumbells, barbells, bench and chin up bar.

fixed hub built onto wheel by lbs = about £50. Then get any other road front wheel. Best route to getting a fixed is get a suitable bike secondhand/ebay/skip and do it yourself. Just make sure you get a frame with either track ends or campy dropouts.

I would have thought all the zips bouncing around would be pretty annoying, especially if you have to get on the floor.

I did it a few years ago with an old racer frame, cost me about £150 all in. Still ride it 20 miles a day to work and back.

Try it, if you don’t like it….don’t ride it. Don’t worry about the people who say it’s a fashion thing.

    The solar power is shit.

I am sick of having to put it under a light because it runs out juice. Who wears their watch over their shirtsleeves?

“same 7 notes and some slag poet quotes, put them together with glue…there’s nothing that’s new under heaven, there’s nothing that hasn’t been sung”

Most of the punks I know still go to new gigs.

I would struggle to beleive that anyone open minded enough to be into punk could not find any music in the last 25 years to excite them.

I unwittingly entered the murky world of model railway enthusiasm when I built my lad a train set for Christmas a couple of years ago…

Enjoyable enough while building the thing, but how do you ‘play’ with trains? It lasted about 2 weeks before being broken up and sold :(

I saw some photos of the real ones that the experts build….man alive. A lot of spare time.
