Yes they will but other factors will be taken in to consideration, the maximum he can give is 15-20 years according to sky news reporters.

No but a friend of mine does ad he took me up one day and I loved it, quite costly for lessons though and you obviously need a licence, insurance etc. compared to biking it’s a very expensive hobby. My mate co-owned a plane, but now has his own 15k rig. He goes on a few forums, I will find out what one!

It’s a case of either you love him or hate him! Personally I like him cos he admitted he was a bit of cock driving through a city centre in his Lamborghini with beached permed hair!

I’m a Leicester City fan and he was a legend at Filbert St

Elfinsaftey – why do you write some of the words in your posts strangely; hazzunt, bin, wooduv etc? I’ve noticed it a few places now and just wondered if there is a back story?

Yeah he comes across quite well to-do but uses text-speak or whatever it is?

Thanks, anyone used jagwire or transfil stainless steel cables?

Yes Transfil always have done, get mine from ukbikestore, they are only £1.99, when I change my rear cable just reuse it for the the front.

They come in different diameters depending if you uses SRAM or shitmano

Never had any issue with stretching

If you earned £100k why in hell would you even want to live on a council estate

    That baffles me too????

And why can’t you, as an employees, rely on being paid promptly!

    Why’s it a ‘ridiculous comment’?

So, is having yer own contingency plans in place for such an eventuality ‘ridiculous’ then, is it?

Do you not realise the majority of households in this country are pushed to the limit as it is without putting some by on the premise their employers might not pay them on time….utter tosh!

The majority of families in this country are struggling to make ends meet with rising fuel, utility, food costs etc etc

    SBrock

See, they ought to have contingency plans in place for such eventualities

    What a ridiculous comment!

When is this ever going to end…..it truly is heartbreaking for you guys. Not a day goes bye, a friend of mine on Facebook had her bike stolen last and she is devastated…..albeit a cheap halfords one, but to her was a lot of money.
I now keep my SC Butcher in side the house now.

I don’t give a rats arse about New Year personally. Forced Celebration and a big anti-climax seems to sum it up for me.

I agree, totally over-rated in my opinion, and personally would rather forget about this year.

I will be at home with my little girl, watch a good film and have a good bottle of wine with my new g/f.

No doubt the city centre will be rammed with very drunk people…… That’s not for me anymore!

Assuming you take suitable security precautions on securing your bike, then will it matter how ‘prominent’ your house is?

Yes it will, if they know you have A 3k bike they will do whatever to steal it!

I have a Santa Cruzt that’s worth 3.5k, when I get home I drive round the back of my house quickly get it out the back of car and Ito my garden without anybody seeing, saying that my bike is kept in the house now as I live on my own so no one has to watch the tv with the bike!!

Getting a bit technical now… It’s only washing a bike and a bit of mud to sweep up!

I wash mine on the patio, let the residual water dry up then sweep up all the debris/mud…….simples

Meal in town with friends late afternoon, few drinks, home and in bed before midnight. I don’t want to start the New Year doing exactly what I hate most in the world – being drunk around a load of strangers in a grotty bar.

Im with you on that, mind you I think a lot of people are of the same mindset!

    New Year is soo over-rated!

Im staying in with my little girl, a few drinks then bed before 12

Bloody hell all these folk on here getting bonuses.Where were they when the public sector pension furore was on topic….keeping quiet I imagine

Why does that matter? The public sector pensions are still better than a lot of people’s in the private sector!
