This is just a thinly veiled attempt for a nationalist to pretend he doesn’t dislike Johnny Foreigner, isn’t it? 😆

Although I wouldn’t have put it into the same words as thestabiliser does, above, I think he’s right about Darth Vader. For that version to be in tact – with cape and sabre – is special.

    Really?

Should dig mine out then as I have an intact Darth. Still got the shitty plastic netting bag for Chewie to carry C3PO in, my medicine man ewok has all his gubbins. Probably missing the odd common or garden blaster but other than that they are all intact.

I notice no-one has been able to tell me why the line on the map is so important.

    It’s a safety net.

It physically prevents oppression from falling to the South.

Please don’t take anything I write seriously. It was just a piss take inspired by repetitive use of the victim card.

I kind of wonder why it seems to have touched a nerve for y’all?

It’s any excuse to feel put out. I reckon they want to be oppressed, gives ’em something to moan about other than the bitter aftertaste left from suckling on Westminster’s teat. They actually do believe that they are too wee, too poor and too stupid to run their own country which is why they (are the only ones that) keep mentioning it. The drive for independence is just one big bluff.

Had a few pints of Guinness, quite a few JD Fires, some Jager bombs and a couple of Patron XO Cafe coffee tequila liqueurs.

Taking it easy as I was working, tomorrow is when it will kick off.

You’ve enough bad shit to deal with in Cambridgeshire, such as the total lack of hills, rubbish beer and irritating upper class students the oppressors feel sorry for you and leave you alone.

Woah there, I will not have you slagging off our beer.

Bexar County and Three Blind Mice are but two exceedingly good breweries (I only mention those two as I know them personally).

Besides, even if we produced no beer our dray is generally delivered by van or lorry. If you ever make it beyond the horse and cart you too could embrace the technology that our county is so famous for. 😛

I’m glad I’m English living in Cambridgeshire and not oppressed like all you Northern types. Must be horrible. 🙁

50mph scree downhill on aluminium rigid hire bikes produced similar results. Had to cycle back resting my wrists on the bars. Was a combination of taking a pounding + deathgrip on the bars. Just need to stay loose.

Here’s the thing, we’ve totally loved the idea of sharp design which must be like totally italian, and then like really really reliable which must be german, so the brand you’re looking for is Alfa-Benz. Or Mercedes-Romeo. We looove Mercedes-Romeo.

Or Lamborghini, which is owned by Volkswagen/Audi.

But yes, the answer is Jaguar.

It reckon it’s Electronic, 15W, 220-240V, 50/60Hz, 144mA with what looks like a standard Edison screw fit (unless model has tiny hands)

Is that a General Electric logo on the left as well?

That’s something I’ve never understood about the English people who ridicule Scottish independence. Surely you’d be better out without a nation of scroungers dragging you down.

Seriously, why do you want us to stay? Or do you not and you just enjoy laughing at how **** we’re going to be after independence?

I wouldn’t ridicule the idea of independence however I do believe (like Brexit) that it will be bad for both parties and (also like Brexit) worse for the smaller party.

Westminster is dominated by English MPs

We had a Scottish Prime Minister, just how Scottish does our democracy need to be?

I repeat: it does not legislate that the greater the population in number, the greater the say in domestic affairs, and all international political matters

Ah, I see I have asked the wrong question… 😉

I think you folks are confusing Kingdoms with nations.

My helicopter quote was meant to pre-empt this descent into an argument about semantics.

A kingdom is a nation ruled by a monarch, that’s all.

It does not state in any manner, way or form that two nations shall become one and lose identity, junk their name, act as one in all instances, indistinguishable one from another.

    Cough,

Article 1 states “That the Two Kingdoms of Scotland and England, shall upon the 1st May next ensuing the date hereof, and forever after, be United into One Kingdom by the Name of Great Britain.

So an MP got kicked out for repeatedly ignoring the Speaker of the House.

This is another nationalist straw clutching example isn’t it?

We are going to need more wet wipes.

I take it my request for some originality fell on deaf ears?

That reminds me, shirt needs ironing.

And you’ve just used the adult equivalent of “I know you are but what am I?”.

Can you not muster up just the tiniest amount of wit?

Perhaps instead of blundering after the wit, which may scare the wit off, try staying still and letting the wit slowly approach you.

The dangers of kids interacting within the Chav/Staffie stereotype environment is a separate topic.

The most common breed that bites people is the Labrador retriever.

The reason that most people don’t get bitten by dogs is that most dogs don’t bite people. Nothing to do with your entirely misplaced opinion that you know how to behave around dogs.

To be cleverly abusive you first have to be clever. 💡

Do you want a wet wipe for that sandy vag?

    Three weeks ago:

I’m fine thanks, what is it with everyone’s obsession with projecting rage and angst unto others?

Do try and be a little more original, and less misogynistic in your insults if you’re worried about the white knights forming a posse.

Would a more useful statistic be how many times I have ridden past them without being bitten?

I have also ridden past countless animals without ever being bitten (although your advice is not to?).

I have however, also been bitten by an animal when I wasn’t a “moving target”, which doesn’t fit in with your narrative. As I said, you’re drawing conclusions from limited experience. It is exactly your fallacy as to why so many people (predominantly children in their own home) do get bitten. 💡

You are confusing logical behaviour with predictable behaviour.

Your arrogance is allowing you to draw conclusions from your very limited experience.

I mean, how many times have you been bitten by dogs?

That’ll get the armed plod round, which is always a barrel of laughs
