Different wines requires different temperatures. You’ve already exposed yourself so just stick with warm for red, cold for white and colder for fizzy.

Keep some ice for the Blue Nun. 😉

    Leftfield: sack it off.

It’s so nice going out not having to relate to some little plastic device. 🙂

No, it’s true; I once got clothes-lined by someone test riding the BMXs around tesco.

All Jaguars are usually very nicely designed. Apart from the S Types.

I used to drive an S-Type.

    Should have got the XJ.

The answer to your question is “spanners”.

    They all come out!

Jaguar design is so much better now they’ve stopped trying to make their cars look like late 60s XJs.

    Not sure I’d agree.
One of the nice things about the design of Jags is that they all look like Jags.  Going back to the forties up to things like the XJ220; remove the badges and you still know it’s a Jag. The modern crop of saloons, no matter how accomplished have lost that.

They’re like a Mustang without three vertical rear lights, or a Corvette without twin rounds. 🙂

did he check to see if she was OK?

No, just slags her off a bit.

I think, it’s hard to tell as he speaks in some strange dialect.

Flame me but I think he did that on purpose.

Not sure about that but this:

One pedestrian had just crossed the path immediately in front of Jamie, distracting him and meaning he didn’t see the second as she came round the back of a bus.

    Is bolleaux.

He was going for the gap between the two peds, but she was walking much faster than he’d anticipated. If he was concentrating so much on the first ped then why did he pass him as close as possible?

One thing’s for sure, you wouldn’t catch me sharing video of my cycling if it was that shit.

Well done to road.cc for completely failing to mention the well-being of the pedestrian.

You can prevent this from happening by leaving less than a car length gap between you and the car in front.

    Dammit, 54mins too slow. 😆

Only course of action with someone travelling too close is to slow down to increase the braking distance that you will both need.

It would be a lot simpler if dogs owners took responsibility for themselves and kept their animals on a lead. I know of several fenced off areas near me where dogs can roam, so there is no need for people to be so selfish.

I’m enjoying this but then I’ve always had a soft spot for The Orb since they personally remixed a tune for me to use in a firework display competition, which was cool.

Soon I discovered that this rock thing was true
Jerry Lee Lewis was the devil
Jesus was an architect previous to his career as a prophet
All of a sudden, I found myself in love with the world
So there was only one thing that I could do
Was ding a ding dang my dang a long ling long

That can’t be the same band, surely?

I guess I’ll bite the bullet and replace both

Good choice sir. I used to replace my tires at 3mm anyway as they struggle to cope with standing water beyond that. Most important aspect of a car. 🙂

    You support paedos sbob?

Only when the kids are just too sexy.

Still upset I pointed out your little car isn’t special?

I’m not sure we’ve ever witnessed such a long lasting portion of butt-hurt. Move on, life is too short. 🙂

If you must continue your crusade however, at least have the decency to cast your aspersions to me directly, rather than cowardly frame them in a Cathy Newmanesque style question.

For example: “So what you’re saying cynic-al, is that you like to have non-consensual relations with Equus africanus asinus?” is a bit pathetic.

Instead, you should try the more direct “Cynic-al is a donkey rapist“. It has a much more immediate charm. 🙂

    WTaF are you rambling about?

Pee-wee’s Big Adventure was released in 1985 and is as good a film containing a bicycle as you’re ever going to get, so unless we’re discussing that I’m going back to bed to sleep the drunk off.

I remember as a very young child asking my Dad what he wanted to do when he grew up (obviously a question I was often asked at that age).

He said he was going to kill all the bad people.

I asked him if he was going to use a gun to shoot them all and he replied that instead he would use a bow as it would leave less ballistic evidence.

Sorting out his funeral arrangements well in advance he found a company that will very cheaply chuck your corpse in a hole and plant a tree on top, in light of which I have chosen yew as it is traditionally used for making bows.

I own a bow. Make of that what you will. 🙂
