I use the 661 Wrist Wrap as I broke my right wrist a number of years ago, so just use it for support and a bit of confidence. Great bit of kit, good value and does the job. Easy to wash too!

I'd second the Garmin E-Trex. Will give you a 10 figure OS Grid Ref. Just cross refer it to your OS map and bingo! Pretty cheap too and easy to use.

I have the compaq but only really use it for t'internet and loading photos onto and ipod, nothing fancy. I've had a dell before this which i prefered but the compaq is good and quite quick.. Probably does not answer many of your questions but something anyway.

Hi I have one. not sure if each network operator sets their phones up they're own way. Mine is on o2, but this is what i'd do on mine if it helps:

Menu Button (left 'hot key' above green answer / call / phone button)
then press the follow numbers to short cut:
"2" Phonebook
"7" Management
"2" Copy All
"2" To Sim
Then left hot key (this would be Options)
Then left hot key again (this would be Copy)

All done!

I've just tried it a few times on mine and it's worked so hopefully it does for you too.

Teetosugars, what Stem do you have on yours? I have one, exactly the same as yours (Orange in Colour) but after a shorted stem than the race face one I have now. In answer to the original post, i too deliberated with both bikes, but in the end went for the SC.

Another thumbs up for Oakley UK! My lenses were scratched quite badly, so they offered to replace the lenses with new ones for £30. They also gave them a little service, replaced the rubber bits on the arms and the nose pads too. Spot on.

Hi, have a Montane Superfly XT jacket – not a bike jacket but a mountaineering Jacket. It has eVent material, really good, well designed, made and quite happy with it. Cant comment on the bike wear but mountaineering stuff is good.

plexi,how do you do that? I have an e46 saloon and struggle to get one bike in, my SC Heckler. I have to take both wheels off and put frame on back seat on a cover. Great cars though.

Hi i have these racks, got a similar deal last year. I use them on my santa cruz heckler and they seems ok and look similar to Thule ones. The rack goes onto my Thule roof bars.

Blimey…hope mine does not go! The spring on the clasp went on mine about 2 years ago, and even then they charged me £100 for a new clasp. Wrote them a big letter of complaint (Omega UK) but they were’nt interested. The jeweller who i bought it from (Beaverbrooks) even backed me up. Lovely watches, crap aftersales…
