a long overdue strike, I applaud the government for finally growing a pair.

IS needs to be defeated and if UK citizens take up with IS then they are fair game,
would people pleading for the rule of law, be arguing thus if these jihadists had been killed whilst trying to kill Aylan in kobani?

if your doctor has recognised it as gout then you should be on colchisine this will have an immediate effect, you are allowed 12 tablets only and this will have it cleared in three days.

GP’s and A&E mis diagnosed me three times when I first got it, but your description sounds right.
    is it worse at night?

    two ans a half weeks?

    then it wont be gout

if it were then your foot would be swollen and you would be on crutches.

if it were gout then you you would be prescribed Colchicine

once during third interview the director said he felt i was too young, to which I replied its the one thing I cant change and why did he not express those concerns in the cv selection process or before I had travelled to their offices three times.

    I left

if you are going to strip it to investigate then it would be worth swapping the pawls and springs anyway.
I dont think the pawls are reversible

I would be tempted to challenge that with a cleverly written solicitors letter, challenging the claims.
also it looks to me as though it is not NT but the commoners who have created the sign, NT might be a bit miffed if they find their name is being used without their permission.

But best thing to do is tear it down and sh1t on it. then leave it by the gate.
The claims are ridiculous and unfounded, the number one problem for sheep and nesting birds is dogs.
cyclists have been proven to have negligible impact on either and as for erosion, the weather is the biggest factor coupled with poor maintenance, or badly executed maintenance.
The paths they talk of are scars in the landscape caused by walkers.
but that is negligible compared tot he fact that grouse moor is a fake landscape, effectively a managed rifle range.
the burn back and grouse management cause the erosion and flooding.

this whole issue winds me up and NT are complicit as they are the cronies that keep the status quo

It’s actually for my exhaust on my CRF, just needs a tweak to line up.

But these suggestions are really helpful, thank you.

whats the difference between long steady rides v short intensity stuff?

how is one going to lose weight more than the other?

Having read this thread thank you molgrips for a sensible comment.

The laughable part of all this is the media reporting as though its a new policy and law, and the “attacks” by the idiots running against him and in the conservative party.

it shows how bad politics is in the country

Really cant be bothered with it, I guess it can be useful for routes, but other than that it bores me, and unless you are racing then I dont see the point, especially when used with a power meter, and people seeing how they have improved then good luck to you, why are you trying to measure your improvement against yourself, so you beat yourself? well what do you win?

soooo boring and the people going on about it are bores.

Maybe if these people had more interest in how their friends are getting on and focus on helping others to enjoy their riding, its just an awful state of mind to be so obsessed with yourself unless you are a pro and its your job to be measured.

definitely the multi sachet flavour ones with no engrish on them, I suspect they are kept separate as I imagine if combined dry would be an explosion risk.

well I own a LBS and just told a friend the exact same thing.
XT wheels, hubs rumbling along, alloy nipples seized, the main thing is the gradual deformation of the cups in the hub.

Once these start to go then the hub is a write off.
Then a new wheelset is cheaper and better, ideally a Hope set which is easier to maintain.

I wouldn’t say the utilities have failed because of privatisation, they may be struggling due to the way they are full of useless dicks that don’t know there arese from there elbow and have no idea about how to operate efficiently. I have seen first hand the most unbelievable waste of money from the nuclear industry to the gas and electric, National Grid was unbelievably shit and the people cretinous, but these are simply the people that have been there forever and still work in a silo mentality with no appreciation of the waste their actions are causing.

Utilities needs a massive kick up the arse but public ownership will ruin all the work that has been done to bring them in to some sort of responsible organisations.

I teach and consult SAP on the logistics side of things, but have spent last few years mainly in the utilities side of things.

one thing I know is that the lads will adapt to the needs of riders, if people are prepared to work with it.
It could be pretty amazing as they have a lot of plant that can build big jumps which arent available anywhere else in the area.

It would be a long push to the top of Tong.
And the lads there are putting a lot of effort in to it, hopefully it can develop, I am at Husqvarna day there on Sunday I will check it out, but obviously I wont be ripping up the trails on the Husky.

I love the pretentious crap spouted on this website, it never ceases to amaze me how discussion can get to personal insults and calls of racism from the middle class white folks.

    keep it up.

I thought this survey simply identified richer middle class people spend more on alcohol, which does not necessarily equate to more units.

From what I have read in the press etc, I thought the problem was with cheap booze freely available to poor people.

This contradicts this but there is no direct evidence of units or is there?

So how come no protests outside the Scottish parliament against fox hunting?

    Sancho

am I right in thinking that the Scots allow hunting foxes with dogs?
Was the amendment meant to come in to line with the scottish law?

Why are the people not bashing the Scottish Toffs for fox hunting?
Why dont the SNP change the law in Scotland if they are so against it in the UK

does anyone else get frustrated with the politics of the UK

I consider the managed moorland as ruined as it is not natural.

i would rather it was allowed to go back to a wild natural state, but there are so many with vested interests in keeping it as a baron wasteland devoid of wildlife that we are left with a dump, the most boring countryside in Europe.

I do find it interesting how the shooters feel its not cruel barbaric etc to shoot birds.
but it is to shoot a fox, badger etc.

just a shame so much countryside is ruined for this sport

If we have the right to roam and disturb ground nesting birds such as the grouse then that is a good thing as they are only reared to get shot.
Bikes are not a problem for ground nesting birds we have a negligible impact on them, dogs are the biggest problem.

I think people forget that there is a reaons the fox is being killed.
same way we shoot stags, kill rats, etc etc.

Its population control becuase we have a landscape that is almost exclusively for farming and we are a tiny island with little in the way of open land far enough away from livestock.

I dont like the them v us nonsense Adam

    I find it pointless.

The anti toff nonsense is lame.

    Stick to reasoned arguments.
When I have been trying to get access for cycling, or arguing against shooting, with landowners, etc, I try keep my reasonable head on they might have money, but they are just the same as us. having a shit attitude isnt an exclusive trait of toffs.
