And capping salaries will just mean that you’ll not get new bright folk in.
Presumably bright folk who know nothing about the NHS, but are “bright” and are expect to learn and to become more effective

Far better if they didn’t just get paid more for been there longer.
Great lets not pay people more as they get better at their jobs

And also someone should remind the Govt/Senior Mgt that the only people they are bidding against are themselves – when it comes to staff (and temp staff). For example, who else employs a Radiographer (in any great number) than the NHS; or why pay bank staff w/e rates of pay?
Bank staff are substantive to their Trusts and are often offered extra money to work extra shifts to reduce the amout of extrnal agency staff required. This is usually considered a win/win.

    Sorry just5minutes

But quoting bullshit reports by tory lickspittals will not cut it.

Sure the NHS uses loads of different types of gloves, does this mean you are volunteering to be operated on by a surgeon using marigold washing up gloves ?.

P.S. Virtually all NHS Buyers have M.C.I.Ps

    Overpriced or shamefully poor procurement?

    “Damn you got me there”

Ohhh hang on a sec, We outsourced all our procurement to DHL years ago.

    http://www.supplychain.nhs.uk/suppliers/key-facts/

you going to stick with “shameful”, or “spin” that too

    Or we

    Paycap NHS staff at £100,000
    Stop employing management consultants
Start sourcing medical consumables direct from manufacturers.
Shut down ( and buy out existing ) PFI deals
Take all IT back in house and stop using Microsoft etc.
    Invest in Nurse training
Completely remove the whole commissioning structure and use taxes to pay for actual healthcare.
Bring all community Trusts back under the Acutes so they can be funded to provide the beds for bedblockers

and I am saying its deliberately being fubared so it can be privatised.

Your medicines were privately supplied … Overpriced
Your bandages were privately supplied … Overpriced
The water used to mop the floor was privately supplied … Overpriced
The disinfectant was privately supplied … Overpriced
The paper towels were privately supplied … Overpriced
The electricity was privately supplied … Overpriced

OMG we cant afford an NHS cause its to expensive

You really believe no one will touch it, when it’s the pretty much the last public service left with american lobbyists demanding their slice of the pie.

    If you are in hospital..
    Your cleaning is privately supplied
    Your food is privately supplied
    Your bed is privately supplied
    Your porters are privately supplied
The maintenance of the diagnostic equipment is privately supplied
Your physio and outpatient care privately supplied

Many of your nurses are also privately supplied since NHS nurses are leaving in droves, since without payrise in 3 years, they are far better paid working as locums..

    Usual tactics under-fund, under-mine, privatise !!

I have the great misfortune to live in Hatfield. Whole town is an absolute shit hole and your fraudster is living in one of the worst bits. Go chance they are East-Europeans since most of that area is these days. Don’t even think about going anywhere near there unless you have slept in your clothes for 3 weeks and have vomited vodka over yourself…

    You maybe over thinking this.

Why not just stick with a spreadsheet and put a filter across the top.
Then just filter matches against”contains” Peter*Smith

Or even, use the function vlookup on list, to match against the names you want

Round our way, getting pissed and killing a cyclist, earns you 240 hours community service.

Of course you could argue that since the police had her car details (left upside down on the dual carriage way)it was a little strange they choose not to visit her house whilst she was “sleeping it off”

Defo MTB. Most quiet roads are unsurfaced. Try to get a little inland before starting . Loule or somewhere like that.

There are often friendly races most weekends and many good routes are posted by local expats

p.s. If you get any trouble from dogs chasing you, pretend to pick up a stone to throw. the locals are so accurate that the wild dogs are terrified. also keep an ear out for 4×4 tours flying along and get well off track when you here one coming
