+1 for the Roughneck Mutt. We’ve got a whole army of them in work for separating things. They’re quite tough but one has been bent, not a **** clue how mind.

I’ve just got a Bottle of Dalwhinnie 15 at my local Tesco (Newport Harlech Retail Park) for £20.90 as a reduced to clear. One of my favourites and well worth is at about £14 off.

I think the red was harsh but I can see why nige has given it. Manu should have had yellow for sure.

Agree that farell should be off for HIA though. If it’s deemed bad enough to be a sending off then surely they should pull him for an assessment regardless?

Another great game spoiled by a card though England are looking good with the extra man.

    Bring on Japan smashing Samoa!

If you can somehow shoehorn the words “mindfulness” and “sustainability” into the wording I think you’ll be fine.

Heard howley had £100 on the first scoring play to be a drop goal.

Fed up of the constant checking for someone tickling a head. Nothing wrong with Adams tackle at all that was rediculous and I have to agree with Hooper how the **** are you supposed to carry the ball?

Having said that I agree with Gauss all I want is a Wales win and hopefully we don’t let Australia tight back into the game.

Does it have to be a single malt? I’ve had two really good blended malts. Copper Dog was the best and I think it’s cheap in Costco around your price point. The other was from Tesco called Stillman’s Cask also very good. Both made from blends of Speyside malts.

    “you must be new here”

I was more referring too the media and pundits constant drivel about any tackle that looks remotely tasty in slow motion. I know better than to expect it to be civilised here.

Chuffed for Japan. Potential for Ireland to not even leave the group….

Anyone else think all this head collision and high tackle talk is completely ruining the world cup? There’s been chat about it in almost every game.

Can’t we just enjoy a nice game of rugby without having to argue about wether someone deserved to be red carded.

Wilson had control of that ball and put it down so should have been Scrum 5 to Ireland (unless they’ve changed that)

Cannondale Topstone should be in the list. I have seen other threads where the Arkose gets some good reviews though.

YouTube the Singletrack Sampler and look at his van build. It’s a Ram Promaster van but I believe they are Fiat Ducatos. It’s should lead you into loads of other van build videos.

It’s quite common I’ve found. Some people I work with have a good drink after a night shift. Mainly cans in the garden though.

After a particularly long night shift a few months ago I had a bottle of Amstel in the garage while I put my bike away and I don’t think I’ve ever slept better after nights.

Find where the element comes into the oven and test it for Continuity (the one the beeps on the multimeter when you touch the probes together) put one probe where it comes in and one where it comes out. If it doesn’t beep it’s the element. Your probably better testing it from the back on the actual connectors but it should work from the front.

May just be the heating element that’s died on the oven. Quite easy to replace if you’re that way inclined and you make sure you isolate the power!

Just come home from a repair on my Lateral Miniscus.

Seems to be going ok but quite painful as they have repaired the cartilage and done a ‘microfracture’ which just means making the bone bleed so the repair heals as far as I know.

Having been my third such operation I can tell you that it doesn’t always go smoothly. This time I’m in a brace for 4 weeks and only able to load bare with the leg locked out straight to avoid damaging the repair. Basically if you listen to exactly what they tell you to do and make sure it’s all explained (wasn’t the last twice for me) then it will all come out fine.

Looking at around 2 months off work. Had it done through Bupa so was a pretty good experience. Was basically in and done within two hours but had to stay overnight as I wasn’t too good with the anaesthetic. Feel free to PM if you want to know any more. They even sent me a DVD of the operation haha.

I stumbled across this ages ago when it was recommended by a guy off the cycling podcast. North Wales.

Likely too far but Hillend Campsite in the Gower ticks all the relevant boxes.

If your enjoying Dominic West as the doctor then you need to check out The Wire. Brilliant show.

Currently on episode 3 of Brassic and loving it.

If you don’t want to break the bank the Podsacs bags from planet X are really good. Haven’t tested them in the rain but I agree with Whitestone, if you get a massive saddle bag you’ll fill it right up and have it swinging about behind you.

You got any rough information on the diet? I recently tried a diet that alternated eating carb meals on one day and no carbs on the other. Alternating indefinitely. Admittedly i only managed two weeks and did that twice but both times I lost a stone and have kept it off until I **** my knee up and started to do nothing and eat shite.

I agree with the lifestyle change aspect though if you don’t stick with these first usually it comes straight back on.

Celtic Manor is in Newport just off the M4 they have lodges there. Think it’s about 40 minutes plus to BPW. The vales closer but never been.

You’ve got me interested now as I was just at my parents house and saw the tree was absolutely full of apples.

Do they have to be a certain type though as I know the proper producers like thatchers use certain apples for the taste. These are big green ‘cooking’ apples so may be a bit sour? But they’re free I suppose.

What process did you follow for pressing the juice OP?

Does sound like it’s stopped fermenting but I admit I’ve never done cider so I’m only speculating. I didn’t know that’s what campden tablets were for, when you brew beer they suggest you put them in the water to purify it as well.

Maybe add some more brewing sugar to the jars as the apples may not have enough natural sugars to produce something truly potent.

While it’s good from a winning perspective I would like to have seen how he coped with Jofra on what’s been called the fastest pitch in England. We should see a decent win here if some of the batsmen can wake up.

£60 for a ‘Bulk Bag’ then… Just seem to be called tonne bags whenever I’ve wanted one.

I think they’ve started to put out disclaimers when you buy the stuff like that from B&Q etc. Exactly how you would check is beyond me but they’re half the size of a standard FIBC which holds 1000kg of powder quite easily.

Go for a dry mix with just a dribble of water to make it workable. 4 to 1 sand and cement and then water so it’s moist.

As far as the hardcore goes I would say go for it. A tonne bag of scalpings is £60 at the local builders merchants. Should be absolutely fine without if not high traffic but you’ll be using a lot of sand and cement to fill the gap.

Facom set have had an absolute battering in work over the last few years and still work a treat.

Got myself a set of facom T handles for the bike at the companies expense too.

If you want something maybe a little cheaper the chromed up long ones from RS are really good as well.

Planet X have a few of the Selle Italia saddles on Flash Sale ate the moment, I’m considering getting the Man specific one with the hole in the middle. The one that came with my Genesis is nice and comfy and I’m used to it but it’s getting a little bit hard over longer distances.

Ring your solicitor asking for an update once in the morning and once in the afternoon (they seem to have lunch from 12-2) they will soon get fed up of you pestering them and sort it out.

I was looking at a few of them myself but they didn’t have them in my size at the time. Went for Merlin Malt G1-X Frame and borrowed bits off my old bike.

Evans seemed to have quite a few topstones though.

You might be able to pick up a 2018 Cannondale topstone with a lower spec for that price.
